- Guests who are under the influence of any medication are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 299 lbs (136 kg) to participate in this activity.
- The propellers emit a loud sound, but you will be able to converse using a headset while inside the helicopter cabin.
- Infants ages 0-3 may board on the lap of an adult.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant guests. Please ask your doctor prior to reservation in regards to boarding.
Required items to bring & attire
- Do not bring hats, long scarves or blankets.
- Cameras, video cameras and smartphones set to flight mode are allowed on board. Other items will be stored at the heliport.
- There is no air conditioning in the helicopter. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Guests weighing 77 kg (169 lbs) and above may have seating restrictions.

- Even if it is sunny, the flight is subject to cancellation depending on the strength of the winds and visual clarity. It is advised to reconfirm on the day of your flight at the number listed on your voucher to see if the flight is still scheduled.
- In the case of cancellations due to the weather, you may reschedule for free or a full refund will be issued. Please note that course changes will require an additional fare.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on board. If you wish to eat or drink, you may do so at the heliport lounge area.
- Please be on time. If you are more than 30 minutes later than your scheduled time, your reservation will be considered a cancellation.
