Vatican and Colosseum Skip-the-Line Combo Tour, need 2 days

The Colosseum tour and guide were great, but 2 days are needed if you want to take it all in and take the Vatican tour. I was unable to take Vatican tour, since Colosseum tour went over. Also there was not a meet up time listed for Vatican tour.
