- Please be at the ticket window at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Boarding will begin 10 minutes before departure. Reservations made by customers who do not board on time will be considered canceled and the bus will depart. If you are stuck in traffic, it is possible that your reservation may be changed to the next departing bus, so please contact the Kaba ticket window as soon as possible:

Additional notes
- The Kaba bus has a roof, so the tour will operate in rainy weather. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions such as high winds, lightning, thunder storms, or a change in the lake's water level, the activity may be canceled.
- Seating is not assigned by ticket, so customers may not always be able to choose the seat they like. Buses may change and the type of bus also may not be selected. However, Mt. Fuji can be seen from either side of the bus while on the lake.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited. Please keep your hands and feet inside the bus at all times.
- You may bring drinks with lids (such as water bottles) onto the bus.
- Audio guides are available in English, Chinese, Thai and Indonesian and may be used for free. The information on the guide may differ from that of the attendant on board.
