- For bookings of 1 to 2 participants, any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount. Any cancellations made after 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
For 3 or more participants, any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 08:30 local time, 8 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount. Any cancellations made between 08:30 local time, 7 business days to 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount. Any cancellations made after 08:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
