There were only four people on our Florence walking tour and we were able to really get a lot of information about the city and its history. At first I was a little disappointed that we did not see more interiors of buildings, only exteriors, but our guide gave us the best information about how to avoid standing in lines and purchase tickets. At least we were able to see the interior of the Florence cathedral. One of the best parts of the tour was meeting a street performer who had memorized the complete Dante Divine Comedy and could recite specific parts of it on demand.
