Excellent tour and worth the money. The guides were very knowledgeable and shared wonderful history of Japan. The best only downside was the wisteria was not in bloom

- A Japanese-speaking staff member will be on board with a video translation service or with a pocket translation device in English and Chinese. On the day of your tour, a brochure in English or Chinese will also be distributed.
- Seats on the Watarase Valley Railway are not reserved. In case of a crowded train, you may end up standing for the duration of the ride. Routes of the train are also subject to change.
- Lunch at the Mizunuma Station Hot Spring Center may change to a bento lunch box to be eaten on board the bus.
- Seats on the tour bus cannot be selected prior to the tour. Please understand that you may be seated separately from your group.
- In case of cancellations due to typhoon, snow or dangerous weather conditions, you will be notified a day before the departure by e-mail.
- Flower blooming conditions are dependent on weather conditions, and the blooming calendar should only be treated as a reference guide. Please understand that some flowers may bloom earlier or later than expected.
