- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 7 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- In Yakushima, the shops do not open until 9:00 a.m., and the trekking tour starts earlier than that. So, be sure to buy snacks to bring by the day before the tour.
- We recommend that you bring at least 1l water (especially in summer,) though there are water places on the way. Also you will need a hat and warm outer wear, for there is no shade on Kuromidake, and warm outer wear to protect against cold in the strong wind on the peak.
