Change Policy
- If ever you miss your reserved time, take your boarding pass to the ticket counter and they will issue you a new one for the next available tram car.

Restrictions
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years or older.
- Children under 3 years old are free but require a boarding pass which can only be obtained on the day of your visit from the Tram’s ticket booth.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Guests are advised to dress warmer since the weather gets 30 to 40 degrees cooler once on the mountain top.
- No pets allowed.
Additional notes
- Drinks and meals are available for purchase.
- If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay a parking fee unless you are a local resident in select cities of Coachella Valley.
- Pregnant woman and infants may participate in the activity but it is advised that they consult their physicians first. The altitude change is approximately 6,000 feet during the 10-minute ride.
- Hiking permits are not needed for Long Valley trails but a wilderness permit is needed if hiking beyond the ranger station. There is no charge and it may be obtained upon arrival at the ranger station.
- There is a camping permit charge of 5.00 USD per person for guests who will be camping at Mount San Jacinto State Park.
- Tram's Adventure Center is open mid-November through mid-April, snow conditions permitting. Rentals for for snowshoe and cross-country ski are available.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
