  • Your seat will be either on the 1st floor or the 2nd floor, in chair seating or box seating.
  • Due to limited availability of wheelchair-accessible seats, customers planning to attend in a wheelchair are asked to directly contact the event organizer by phone.
  • Depending on the number of reservations, it may not be possible to seat everyone together.

Other requirements

  • On the day of the show, please bring your VELTRA voucher and exchange it for an 'admission ticket' and a 'reserved seat ticket'. (You can exchange it one hour before the show starts.)

Required items to bring & attire

  • VELTRA voucher (either printed or displayed on a smartphone or tablet)

Additional notes

  • This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
  • Eating and drinking is not allowed in the theater. Please eat or drink at the second floor (near the vending machines) or the third floor resting area.
  • A coat check is available on the first floor.
  • This activity is held in Japanese only.
  • Photography is not allowed during the performance.
