- Any cancellations made between 20:00 local time, 6 business days to 20:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.

- As the cave is extremely dark, if you drop your camera or phone, it may not be found. So, we recommend entering the cave without a phone or camera.

- All programs are to be held in rain, but they may be cancelled due to typhoon, thunder, or other severe inclement weather.

Individuals who make trouble.
Individuals who ignore instructions.
Individuals who do not listen to the safety lecture.

Individuals with heart disease or those who may not engage in exercise. - We will prepare the equipment for use.
- Tour may be rescheduled or cancelled without cancellation fee, when the cancellation is decided due to the bad weather or others.
