We enjoyed the tour. We did not enjoy being dropped off at a location different from where we started. It may seem likea small complaint but as a tourist in an unfamiliar city to be dropped on a street corner with no map and a driver that provided get on the tube or grab a cab as assistance was less than desirable. Had we known before we left the station we would not be returned to the same location certainly would have given us time to plan ahead. Also when we were signed in as the group by the driver I heard the ticket taker ask him if we needed maps and he declined. It would have been helpful to have a map so we knew where we were going inside the grounds.

Time was a little pressing - an extra half hour in each place would have improved it - traffic to Hampdon Court unbelievable & that cut time there - guide should have allowed for the traffic & given more time at Hampdon Court.
