Carefree Afternoon Tea

Reviewed by: Kaga, 2018/05/31

At first glance the shop looks small, but there are seats in the basement with very nice interior design. Though the tables are a bit close to one another, I suggest not to mind the other customers much. We arrived a bit early and the other reserved seats were still empty. The shop server happily took photos for us adding to the lovely atmosphere.

The afternoon tea service was made up of colorful sweets and sandwiches. There were no macrons when we went (perhaps it depends on the day). The type of jam also depended on the day. The amount of food was plenty and we were completely satisfied. I found out later that if any food is left we could have taken it back with us. I was impressed with the service and was able to enjoy my time as a single customer.

Traveling with my niece

Reviewed by: Yomogi, 2018/05/31

I booked the activity for my niece who said she wanted to go. There is a bit of a walk from the station, but the shop is very cute and I soon regained my energy. There was some champagne as a part of the afternoon tea. I thought there would be 3 levels, but was then served some scones in the end, which I took back with us. They made it easy for us to take home the other things that we could not finish. The service was excellent.
