- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 00:00 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 5% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 7 business days to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Children two (2) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.
- Payments via credit card will incur a 2% surcharge.
- There may be an additional cost for fuel.
- Aircraft type is dependent on availability, landing facilities and tour group numbers.
