Great palace with excellent commentary from palace guide. Went to the signing room of the 1st German constituition. The other historic island is great for photography. Boat trip was extremely enjoyable in brilliant weather.

Contrary to the information on the web site the cost does not include the guided tour of the castle.

This was our second trip from Munich booked through City Discovery and we were once again pleased with the arrangements. Our guides were very competent and spoke both German and English. Traveling in mid October means the weather might change from day to day - and we did have quite a lot of rain, but we got to see the castle and walked around both islands.
