Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
- You cannot cancel your standby request.
Change Policy
- Requests to change the schedule after a reservation has been confirmed will incur a fee of 7 EUR per ticket.
- You cannot change your booking request.

Restrictions
- Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; the venue automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
Required items to bring & attire
- Printed voucher by activity provider
- A valid government-issued photo ID
Other requirements
- Please print the second official and approved voucher from the activity provider and bring it on the day of your tour.
Additional notes
- In rare cases, if you are delayed and can not make your scheduled time due to circumstances outside of your control i.e. strikes, then you may be entitled to a refund.
- Please note that there will be a labor strike happening on March 8, 2019, at all of the Florence State Museums. Therefore, on that day, the regular opening of state museums is not guaranteed. It is recommended that you show up at the confirmed time on your voucher. You may contact the activity provider in case museums are closed so that you can be refunded or reschedule your tour.
