- Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Some areas in Auschwitz-Birkenau are not be accessible by baby pushchairs nor by wider wheelchairs. The museum provides substitute wheelchairs of size allowing to move around the grounds and buildings.
Exhibition halls in Oskar Schindler Factory are wheelchair accessible.
Required items to bring & attire
- Bags brought inside the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum must not exceed the following dimensions: 30cm x 20cm x 10 cm.
- Since this is a 9-hour tour, participants are recommended to bring their own lunch. A lunch box can also be ordered from the driver.
- Walking shoes
- Comfortable clothing
