Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 08:30 local time, 2 business days to 08:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 08:30 local time, 1 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Additional notes
- Guests from Jungmun or Seoqwipo area will be dropped off at their hotel by a limousine bus.
- Sambangsan Mountain may not be accessible from July 10th due to maintenance and falling rocks. Guests will be offered the Gotjawal Forest Experience as a replacement activity.
- In case of rain, Suweolbong will be replaced with a visit to the 2nd War Museum.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
