Waiting too long
Reviewed by: Tom Vartzokas , 2019/05/23The Driver parked a long way from the terminal pick-up point, and although he collected me okay, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the steamy Manila car-park until he arrived, and even then we had to walk a further 100 metres to his vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your pick up.
First of all, we are sincerely sorry for the bad experience that you got with our service.
And after checking the situation with driver on that day, I can reply the situation:
Our drivers always parks cars on car parking area as they are not allowed to park at drive way or near exit gate of arrival hall at terminal 3. The car parking area is a little bit 200m far from meeting point where our driver waited for you.
And at Manila airport from 17 to 20 pm, it is busy hours so traffic at airport is extremely bad, that's the reason for keeping you waiting after he met you at arrival hall on that day.
We also don't want the situation happen to our customers. So we do hope you can understand and sympathize us the situation with my explanation
