Restrictions
- Please note the luggage limit:
• 1 to 2 passengers - 2 suitcases maximum
• 3 to 4 passengers - 3 suitcases maximum
• 5 to 9 passengers - 8 suitcases maximum
Indicate the number of luggage you will bring upon booking. If you exceed the luggage limit for 4 passengers, you must book the charter for 5-9 persons instead.
Other requirements
- UAE laws require children below 4 years old to be be secured in a child seat while traveling in any kind of vehicle. If you are bringing children in this age range, please book a child seat as an add-on.
- Individuals and small groups (1-4 passengers) with more than 3 suitcases must book the charter for 5-9 persons instead. The transport vehicle will depend on the number of passengers and pieces of luggage.
• 1 to 2 passengers - Sedan
• 3 to 4 passengers - 6-seater vehicle
• 5 to 9 passengers - 15-seater vehicle
Additional notes
- Pick-up at airport terminals 1 to 3 will be covered.
- Taxes and fuel charge are included in the price. Any additional fee (e.g. parking, entry permit or port pass) will be charged to the passengers and must be paid on-site.
- Transfers operate on a direct basis (point A to B). Service will begin at the pick-up point and end at the drop-off area. No detours and stopovers allowed.
- Please call the activity provider if your arrival will be delayed due to flight or baggage issues. Delays exceeding 1 hour from flight arrival time will incur extra costs.
- Additional fees may apply during peak seasons, holidays and public events.
- Please understand that the driver will only provide transfer services. Local laws prohibit drivers from conducting tour guide duties and assistance while driving.
