- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 8 business days to 17:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 4 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Children ages 6 and up can join this activity. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- For groups of 20 or more, please give us at least 2 weeks notice for your booking.
- Some courses require additional time for the candle to solidify. Please come back before our shop closes for the day to pick up your candle.
