- Any cancellations made between 09:00 local time, 7 business days to 09:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of EUR 25.00.
- Any cancellations made between 09:00 local time, 3 business days to 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- The snowmobile driver must be at least 15 years old and should hold a valid driver's license (A1, T, A or B category). Please make sure that your license and its category are valid in Finland.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.

Additional notes
- Each tour starts with the safety brief and driving instructions from guide.
- All snowmobiles are insured, but the maximum amount of liability for damage caused to the snowmobile is EUR 900. Purchase Self-Liability Waiver add-on upon booking if you want to reduce your maximum self-liability to EUR 150.
- Two adults can ride one snowmobile, but solo driving is available for additional cost. Children can ride on a sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile.
- The exact pick-up time and departure point will be announced a reasonable time before your confirmed travel date.
- You may choose to join the tour from the check-in location or from select hotels in Rovaniemi. If you opt for hotel transfers, make sure to give your pick-up location upon booking.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
- The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
