Well worth the money

This was a fantastic tour. Booking was easy and we fortunately could use a printer at our hotel to make a copy of the required voucher. Our driver and guide was Ralph, who showed up on time with a very comfortable Mercedes E-class car. He was knowledgeable and informative about everything: Germany, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, traffic, immigration, airlines, license plates and the weather.

He took us to the two main areas: the castle and downtown. He also did what worked perfectly for us, namely gave us an overview and then let us slowly wander around by ourselves. We only wish your company offered more private tours like this so that could see more of Germany in this perfect manner when we return. Thank you Ralph!
