This was such a great experience! I was unsure about the size of the group - 24 seemed awfully big - but it worked just fine. Great visit to the covered market - and then we learnt how to make (amongst other things) fresh pasta. Have already made pasta at home - such fun!

I highly recommend taking this class. The class was informational, entertaining, fun, and the food was great. Chef Andrea has a charismatic personality and he is good at helping you with cooking tips. He took us to local market where fresh ingredients were purchased for the meal. The tiramisu we made has been the best I have ever tasted! Chef Julio was also very helpful and helped out with making pasta techniques. Thank you both!

This was truly a FABULOUS day...the trip to the market, learning about balsamic vinegars and olive oils...Giovanni and Andrea were GREAT! we made tiramisu 2 pastas and 2 sauces, not to mention bruschetta....
