My wife, three children and I spent an incredible day cooking and eating simple but delicious Italian food in a lovely country village outside of Rome. Chef Francesco was a great host and teacher and a lot of fun to be with. Enjoyed our two other cooking mates and all the wonderful people we met at the various local shops where we bought our ingredients. Really liked the local butcher shop and the cooking venue was awe inspiring. Highly recommend this activity when in or near Rome
