Cancellation the day before the activity: 40% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the day of the activity before departure: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation after the activity has started or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
*For plans that include admission tickets or chair seat tickets, the cost of the ticket is non-refundable as it will be purchased.
