• The tour will not be canceled without prior notice. Please wait at the meeting point until departure.
• Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the bus or private vehicle. However, beverages with lids are allowed. If food or other items are found, or if the bus is deemed to be soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged directly.

• Please note the following points before participating in the tour:
  
  -The itinerary, as well as departure/arrival times and stay durations, may be significantly altered or canceled due to traffic conditions, weather, disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.
  -If delays in the tour's end time result in missed connections with public transportation, any additional transportation costs such as taxi fares or accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
• -Cancellation fees will apply even if you are unable to join the tour due to delays in public transportation.
  -All photos shown are for illustrative purposes only. Outdoor facilities, meal contents, and other details may vary depending on the circumstances or season on the day of the tour.
• Personal expenses not included in the itinerary are not covered.

  -In case of rain, please wear a raincoat or similar attire, as the use of umbrellas is not permitted. (Please bring your own.)

• <In Case of Fireworks Festival Cancellation>
  -If the Miyazu Lantern Floating Fireworks Festival is postponed or canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, the tour will also be canceled.
  *Please note that the cancellation may be announced after gathering at the meeting point or even after the tour has started.
• *In the unlikely event that the fireworks festival is canceled after departure due to sudden heavy rain or other unforeseen circumstances, there will be no alternative arrangements. The tour will return directly to the drop-off location.

• -The fireworks festival may not be held, or its content may be changed, due to requests from the government or local authorities.
  *If the festival is canceled after the bus has departed, only a partial refund, such as for the fireworks ticket, will be provided.
