Dear customer. Our guide in this tour was maybe young but she's a great professional. We contacted her to ask what happened regarding this bad review and she was confused cause she said you told her you liked the tour. Our guide said you were very interested in shopping but this tour has a strict timetable and itinerary, it's not a shopping tour.
We don't understand what you mean with "the content was thin (translation we got from google). The script of the tour has 20 pages. You said the tour is expensive. Well, you already knew the price and what's included (even the specific type of lunch). Tapas and pintxos are not a second class lunch. They're an important part of spanish gastronomy. It's not cheap or fast food.
