Must do on Kauai!

投稿者: ゴンタ, 2013/03/15英語の説明は半分しかわからなかったが、パイロットの操縦は安心して景色を楽しめるものでした。海上のくじらの群れを教えていただいたり、山肌ギリギリまで近寄ってくれ、いままでのいい加減なヘリツアーとは全く異なるものでした。

往復送迎付きでお得感たっぷり♪
投稿者: Mana, 2012/11/28時間が限られた滞在だったので、カウアイ島の全景が見られるヘリコプターツアーに参加することにしました。ヘリコプターの後部座席だと風景が見えにくい可能性があるかと思い、ファーストクラス指定で参加しました。ファーストクラス指定にすると、パイロットの横の席に座ることが出来ます。
ヘリコプターツアーはとてもスムーズで、ほとんど揺れもなく、快適に1周することが出来ました。ジュラシックパークの滝、ナパリコースト、ワイメアキャノン、ワイルアリバー、プリンスヴィルなどをざっと上空から眺めることが出来て、大変満足でした。
ただ、もともと2時出発予定だったのに、予告なく2時半出発になってしまった点で☆一つ減。子どもを預けての参加だったので、30分遅れになったのは痛かったです。託児所が少し遅れてのピックアップも大目に見てくれたので助かりましたが・・・。
ポイプからリフエのヘリポートまで往復で無料送迎が付いていたので、レンタカーの無い人にもお勧めです。

Awesome flight!
投稿者: Denise S, 2012/10/06My husband and I went on the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour of Kauai. The outift was recommended to me by my boss, who had done it 20 years ago. The flight was amazing! You may think that you can see the island from a plane, but it is not the same. The center of Kauai has no roads, so this is the only way to see the area. The views of Waimea canyon and the Napali coast were awesome. My husband had never been on a helicopter tour before and was a little nervous. He was given the front seat by the door and I sat between him and the pilot. The seating is decided by weight. Well, my husband and I loved it. Everyone aboard did. The pilot (Jason) was great. He was funny and informative. I would highly recommend blue hawaiian helicopter tours.

投稿者: Donovan, 2012/10/04Very nice partly cloudy and 75 degrees at check-in at 7:15 am. Seemed to wait forever before getting to the pad around 8... safety talk.. what to do in case... The driver and safety guy... sorry I forgot their names.. were high energy and very comedic.. fun... from there on it was down hill.
We were always really high up... and far away.. ok save once. The pilot was canned and dull... no humor... his favorite sentence was "isn't it beautiful" He must have muttered it a hundred times, so yea, it was beautiful... tell us something we don't know... which he did on 4 or 5 occasions... I did not know it was the 50th anniversary of Elvis' Blue Hawaii... I know dealing with the public and doing the same flight and talk 7-9 times a day is going to get boring... but geez.. next time DON'T SAY ANYTHING!

予約完全無視のいい加減な対応でした
投稿者: 匿名希望, 2012/09/11ファーストクラスを予約しました。国内で1回、現地に到着してすぐに1回、前日の朝にリコンファームをして朝から車で2時間かけて事務所に行くと、ファーストクラスはキャンセルになっており、返金を受け取るかやめるか選択しろと言います。理由を聞くと客が少ないので間引いた。そしてもうひと組の予約の方が早かったからそちらをファーストクラスとしたという説明です。そして約束の時間が来ても誰も来ません、つまりは次のフライトに組み込まれ1時間さらにまたされたわけです。つまり2時間の時間が無駄になってしまいました。それでもキャンセルすれば一日ぼうにふってしまいますので仕方なく乗ることにしました。するとなんと私の席はヘリのど真ん中、せっかく3キロもあるカメラを国内から準備していったのに何も撮れませんでした。しかも真ん中の席で酔ってしまいました。店からは最後の最後に一言I'm sorry.です。散々文句をいいましたらＤＶＤをただで送るから住所を書けと言われました。予約の意味もありませんし、その対応の悪さと言ったら今まで受けた侮辱のなかでもトップクラスです。こんなことなら他の業者にお願いすればどうせ体重は軽いのだから前の席になっていただろうから、そちらのほうがずっと良かったと本当に後悔しています。ちなみにファーストクラスがそのようにされた場合右の席をなんとか交渉して確保することをお勧めします。断崖が良く見える席です。
この度は、ご利用ありがとうございます。
当日はご参加者が少なく、2フライトを一機にてご参加いただきましたために、ファーストクラスのご提供ができず誠に申し訳ございませんでした。差額はご返金をさせていただきましたが、せっかくのご旅行で楽しみにされておりました写真撮影の目的が果たされなかったとのこと、大変申し訳なく思っております。
天候や諸事情により中止やお時間の変更などをお願いすることもございますが、スタッフの接客態度につきましては、改善にむけて努めて参ります。
またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。

the sale gimmick of taking a photo near the helicopter nad selling it at a exhorbitant price soured the experience to some extent..suggesstion is to give it as a momento at a throwaway price..the good will it would create would build the brand immensely..

Amazing experience...a must do!
投稿者: Mr. Anonymous, 2011/09/08Went to Kauai as part of our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed the helicopter tour. The most beautiful and amazing parts of Kauai can only be seen from the sky and this helicopter meant we could see it all! Pilot was very friendly and it was a plush helicopter, making it a comfortable journey. The pilot narrated the journey and made sure we saw everything very clearly. When the sun wasn't in the best position, he turned the helicopter around to make sure we got good photographs - nothing was missed! Would fly with Blue Hawaiian again :)

空からの絶景
投稿者: Pandada, 2011/08/31今回、カウアイ島に行くに当たり、絶対に参加したかったのがヘリコプターツアー。
TVでみて一目ぼれしたカウアイ島の絶景を見るには、やはりTVと同じように空からでしょ！ということでこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
結果、大正解！
ナパリコーストや、ワイメアキャニオンなど、眼下に広がる景色には行きを飲むものがあります。
また、絶対にヘリコプターでしか行けない場所を見れるのも貴重な体験です。
カウアイ島に来たら一度は参加するべきです。
今回、ちょっと奮発してFirst classを申し込みましたが、多少予算オーバーでも絶対にFirst classに乗るべきだと思います。
後部座席は4人がけで、体重によって座席が振り分けられるため、どこに座るかわかりません。
真ん中の席になると、ちょっと外が見づらいかなぁと。
あと、日本語ガイドとありましたが、私の時は英語ガイドでした。
他にもお客がいたためだと思います。
いずれにせよ、空からの景色はなかなか見れるものではありません。
アクティビティの値段としては少々高い部類ですが、それに見合うだけの価値はあります。
参加して本当に良かったツアーでした。

I would recommend that people have a basic outline of the major areas but the pilot was terrific. My only disappointment was the quality of the skycam doesn't do justice to the brilliant colors we actually saw!! Also, if the sky cam could be made to pan a little, even say 15 or 20 degrees to either side more of this beauty could be captured!! While a little expensive this is a must do!!

Fun! Fun!

Purchased the DVD just for the wonderful information that Travis gave us. Too much to remember so get the dvd. Color on dvd is ok. Lots better live but it's our flight to remember forever. We saw places you can never see by car. A must do for everyone to see the beauty of Kauai. Thanks for the great time Blue Hawaiian and Dad and Janet for taking us on the tour. Loved it.

WOW IS NOT ENOUGH!!!

Wonderful pilot, great tour guide.
3 of us have taken helicopter rides before, 1 was her first time.
She was able to sit next to Travis in the front seat. Her reaction was priceless!!!!!
We never get tired of seeing Kauai by air. Just breathtaking.
Made our travel (by car) on the island more enjoyable after seeing it from up above.

まずカウアイに訪れたら空から全体を把握！
投稿者: むうむ, 2010/07/22ヘリコプターに乗る理由はその初めて訪れる場所の全体像を把握、ハイライトを、というところにあると思う。
特に短い滞在で トレッキング等はしないつもりの旅程ならぜひお勧めする。ナ・パリコーストは上から眺める景色がやはり最高だし カウアイの特徴である長年の雨で浸食された猛々しく美しい赤土と緑濃い山々の深さをきちんと眼で確かめるにはヘリコプターが手っ取り早く 素晴らしいと思う。
山頂を駆け抜ける野生の動物の発見などは上空から眺めて初めて発見できたのでは、と思った。大変感動する物でした。
このツアーには料金別でシートが決まっていますが、ファーストクラス参加の私たち夫婦は 機長さんの真横、全面はガラスとコックピットのみというまさに特等席だったので 景色が見やすくお値段は張りますが この席をおすすめします。
普通クラスだと悪くはないけれど（後部座席４人乗り）前の席の姿が常に見えるので少し写真撮影などには障害になるかもしれません。
とにかくカウアイでの短い滞在のあなたならヘリコプターをお勧めします！！！！

景色サイコー！！
投稿者: 匿名希望, 2010/07/13カウアイ島は初めてだったので、島全体を一気に観る事ができるヘリコプターツアーを選びました。
ヘリコプターは何回か乗ったことがありますが、今回が一番乗り心地が良かったです。
上空から見る景色は、サイコーでした。コストは若干高めですが、参加する価値はあります。
日本語ナレーションは無く、英語だけだったので、次回はもっと英語を勉強してから参加したいです。

カウアイ島を満喫
投稿者: yumbo, 2010/01/03年末にカウアイ島プリンスヴィルに滞在しました。初めての滞在でしたので島内観光をしたかったけどあまり観光で忙しく過ごすのも嫌でしたのでヘリコプターで一気に観光することにしました。
事前に集合場所をリフエからプリンスヴィル空港に変更していただけたのでホテルからもすぐ近くで楽でした。
機内ではパイロットが英語で島内の見所を案内してくれました。
とても見物しやすくとても美しかったです。天候も良く最高でした。豊かな自然が手に取るように堪能できました。
こんなに素敵なツアーに感激です。
