The SUP part did not really take place in Kabira Bay but a beach nearby. We were provided the SUP, given a minute of instructions, and then paddled for around 50 minutes pretty much on our own.
The Blue Cave part was changed. We did get an email the afternoon before, but the email only said that it would be changed to "anther field" without specifying where it would be, and that if we would like to cancel due to the change, we needed to call them - but this was not possible as we did not have a local phone and did not speak Japanese. In the afternoon on the day, we were taken to a beach next to the ferry pier, and swam out into the sea and snorkel at a particular spot for less than an hour.
Then the tour ended - the shower climbing part did not take place.
The tour does not worth JPY13,500 at all (the coach said there would be a refund of JPY500 per person for not going to the Blue Cave, which we have not received after almost a week). There was almost no difference from renting the SUPs/snorkeling gears at a random beach and paddled/snorkeled on our own, which would cost 2/3 of the price. I don't blame the coach - he was a nice kid but the programme was just set badly by his company. The only practical benefit is that the coach took photos of us, which were sent back to us via WhatsApp at the end of the tour.

Thank you for sharing your honest review. We are awful that we couldn't satisfy you. Let us answer it.
Firstly, the place we held the SUP tour was truly Kabira bay. The place you probably imagined would be the one near the dock, but it is too dangerous to hold the tour safely due to many boats. Therefore, we usually hold the tour at the safer part of Kabira bay. Thankfully, the majority of participants have enjoyed it and given us positive feedback. We would appreciate if you could understand our safety-first-mind.
Secondly, we are sorry for the inconvenience of communicating with us. We only can recommend the best field on the day if the original field is not safe. In this case, it's hard to clarify where it can be beforehand since it's nature. On that day, we might have the misinterpretation that we got your agreement with the change in the field. Also, we should've made it clear that we were available on email.
We will try our best to improve our service based on your opinion.
