Incredible experience for first timer!

The instructor was beyond dedicated! We booked for 2 people and only one could fly during the time slot. We had to ride to another location for the second lift off and we waited 1.5 hour for the right condition. The wait was well worth it, we made it up to 412m high! It was an incredible experience. This is suitable for even beginners with no experience, you will watch a simple training video and just listen to the simple command from your instructor {turn, run, sit and stand} and leave it to the instructor to take you on an unforgettable journey. The shop has a device to strap your smartphones with you while you're up, but they do not guarantee the safety of your device. Use on your own risk! I recommend it but make sure you leave plenty of time for this activity because flying conditions cannot be scheduled!

Friendly staffs and fun experience!

We went in mid of April and it was still cold so the staffs gave us wetsuits to wear. The current was strong and we couldn't get pass the red bridge, so we rowed towards the back instead. So there's a possibility that you may not see the front mountain view if you can't control your kayak! The staffs spoke very little English but you can still understand well. They're very friendly and patient, it's a good experience even though we didn't see any fish nor the mountain view :p You won't be able to bring your phone with you because both your hands will be occupied by the paddle but the staffs will be on another kayak to instruct, guide and take photos for you!
