It was pouring that day when we visited Biei. The driver is very organised and prepares big umbrellas and towels since we will be getting wet. When some of the outdoor activities are not available due to weather he took the initiative and drove us to galleries where we can enjoy in somewhere sheltered. Highly recommend.

We were travelling with a two years old toddler. The driver who picked us up was on time and professional. He can speak simple English and we use google translate to communicate.
The journey from Asahikawa to Furano lasted for about an hour, and upon arrival my kid vomited in the car. The driver immediately offered help and even kindly bought a spare set of clothes for my kid and for me. He won't even accept our money afterwards. He is so amazingly kind! I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him.
