非常棒
用戶: Hsin L, 2017/09/18帶媽媽一起體驗，接待的嚴小姐非常親切又客氣，會說中文，讓整個體驗變得更完美，連頭髮也會做簡單的造型，非常棒，非常值得，不過茶道的部分有點弱就是了，解說是看中文的影片，基本上老師不會多解釋。

Very valuable and pleasant experience
用戶: T.Lee, 2017/06/25The people are so nice and it is super convenient to experience to wear kimonos and make tea at the same time at Ginza. The address the company provides is "EH", indeed the building name stands for "Excel Human" We looked for it a while. Luckily, the police and other Japanese people are so nice and we finally found the building
