What is Balinese Massage?

What is Hot(Warm) or Cold Stone Massage?
Hot(Warm)or Cold Stone Massage is a massage treatment which your therapist applies hot/cold stones along acupressure points on the body. The expansion of blood vessels oxygenate the blood and create a calming effect on the entire skeletal and nervous system. The heat of the basalt stones gliding across your limbs to fire up the lymphatic system, circulating nutrients throughout the body. As the cold marble gently awakens your muscles, the constriction of blood vessels stimulates the nervous system, drawing toxins out of the body. Recommended for support of the immune system, countering against flu symptoms and congestion, in addition, it alleviates stress, tension, muscle aches, and fatigue.
What is Lulur?
The Lulur is a traditional Indonesian beauty ritual that leaves the body and mind relaxed and the skin soft and supple. The term Lulur refers to the Javanese term meaning "to coat the skin". It was traditionally given to young Indonesian women who were preparing to wed. The bride to be would be kept in confinement for roughly forty days receiving the luxurious treatment surrounded only by women and preparing for pregnancy.
