If traveling outside the valid area, the regular fare must be paid separately.
The handling of the pass is subject to the terms and conditions of the transport company and Japanese laws.
The pass is for the use of the passholder only and cannot be transferred.
Lost vouchers or emails will not be reissued.

A smartphone with a network connection is required to board the train/bus.
If your smartphone cannot display the ticket due to issues such as a dead battery, malfunction, or loss, you will be treated as not having a ticket.
If you use the service after the participation date selected at the time of booking, you will not be able to view the voucher from the Veltra My Page. Before the participation date, please tap "Scan or click to use" on the voucher to access the digital ticket URL. On the day of your participation, present the digital ticket via the URL.
This ticket is intended for temporary visitors staying in Japan.
Other requirements
Present your pass when requested during your trip.
Hold the QR code over a QR code reader to use the ticket.
Refunds can be processed on the purchasing website, but only if no tickets have been used and before the validity period ends.
When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member. *Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone. *Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
*If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
*For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
KINTETSU RAIL PASS holders can receive special benefits at facilities, etc. by presenting the pass. Additional notes
This ticket is a boarding ticket. For limited express trains, a separate limited express ticket must be purchased.
Children under the age of 6 can ride for free.
This ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. It cannot be used or refunded after the validity period has expired.
Get it if you are staying at Kyoto or Osaka and wish to travel to Nara. It drops you off right outside Nara park. It is much more centrally located than JR. Good value too! We made good use of the tourist buses

Awesome pass. Got us from Nagoya to Ise on trains. Then all around Toba area, buses and trains, then also to Nara by train. Really good value pass if you're doing a compact 5 day trip to the Mei area.

After I have ordered this pass online and I made 1 amendment online immediately. However, when I approached the ticket counter for collection, the System cannot recognise my order. Staff spent half an hour to issue a pass for me.

Kintetsu Rail Pass is a good choice if you travel bigger distances within the Kyoto/Nara/Osaka region. For example from Kyoto to Asuka.
I only have one complain. I thought I would get nice looking ticket as advertised (2-day pass in my case) but in reality when I picked up the ticket at Kyoto station, I only received a regular blue/turquoise ticket like all the other JR tickets.

It covers a lot of sightseeing point. Station staffs are helpful with English communication is not a problem. Easy to access, not a complicated network. Base on this ticket, you can pay more for a faster train, so it is flexible on you budget vs. time.
