What to bring
- You will need a communication device, such as a smartphone or tablet. If you do not have one, you will not be able to use the service.
- Recommended environment for using digital tickets: iOS 15 or later / Safari (latest version), Android 10.0 or later / Chrome (latest version).
*Please note that even with the recommended browsing environment, service availability may vary depending on your device or usage conditions. - If your mobile device is lost, broken, or the battery is dead, preventing you from displaying the digital voucher, you will be unable to use it. Additionally, we will not be able to reissue or refund your voucher.

Other requirements
- Public transportation, including trains and buses, is not included in the price. Transportation costs are at your own expense.
- The Osaka e-Pass can be used from the facility's opening time until the final admission time on the day of use. (It cannot be used for 24 hours from the first time of use.)
