Please present your VELTRA voucher at the ticket office of Arashiyama Station.

*Ticket Exchange Time: 9:30~17:00 (open all year round)
*When boarding from another station, please bring your voucher to take the train and exchange the ticket when you get off at Arashiyama Station.

【Bicycle rental】
Please pick up the bicycle rental voucher at the information counter of Arashiyama Station. Please exchange the voucher at the Ranbura Rental Cycle at Hannari Hokkori Square in the Arashiyama Station.

*Bicycle Rental is available from 9:00 to 17:00 (10:00~17:00 in winter)
*Rental reception ends at 15:00.
*No appointment needed. As the number of available bicycles is limited, advance reservations are also possible.
