Restrictions

This pass is valid for 3 consecutive days.
The pass can only be purchased by foreign nationals.
*At the time of ticket exchange,the procedure of confirming nationality is required.

What to bring

Voucher
Some certificates that can confirm the identity of foreign traveler, such as a passport (except for Japan), residence card, etc.
If you use the service after the selected participation date at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher from your Veltra My Page.
Before the participation date, please tap "Scan or Click to Use" on the voucher, save the displayed digital ticket URL, and present the digital ticket from the URL on the day of use.
If you wish to cancel after the selected participation date, please contact Veltra.

Other requirements

【Notes regarding usage】
1. Please get your pass stamped while using the pass for the first time at the ticket gate.
2. Please present your Hakone Kamakura pass in a way that allows the staff to verify the period of validity when you pass through each ticket gate.
3. If you ride beyond the designated areas, you will have to pay the extra fare.
4. A separate fee is required for the Limited Express Romancecar.
Services may be suspended due to the bad weather conditions. Hakone Kamakura Passass holders who could not be boarded due to suspension may obtain a refund for the particular portion at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara. Please note, only the particular transportation that have not been boarded in the whole trip will be refunded to you.
Please be sure to redeem your E-voucher at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara before using it. The E-voucher cannot be used without redemption.
Ticket exchange at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West / Odawara is only available during business hours.
Please set (declare) the start date of use in exchange. The usage date that can be set at the time of exchange is up to one month in advance.
