Restrictions
- Children under 6 years or below 1.4 meters in height are free of charge.
- Tickets can only be used once. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Tickets must only be used on the chosen date upon booking.

- Please be ready to produce a valid identification card and the credit card used for payment upon redemption of tickets.
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Passport

- A separate voucher from the tour operator will be sent upon booking confirmation. Participants will have to show this voucher to get their ticket at the redemption point in order to join the tour. Please note that this is different from the VELTRA voucher.
Participants who fail to show the tour operator voucher will not be allowed to join the tour.
