I signed up because I could go to Shirakawa-go and Takayama. The only regret I have is that I was in line for ramen in Takayama but ran out of time and had to give it up. I had some extra time in Shirakawa-go, so I wish I could have spent a little more time in Takayama.

白川郷と飛騨高山に行けるということで申し込みました。
飛騨高山で行列に並んでいたが時間切れでラーメンを断念したのが唯一の心残りです。白川郷では時間が余ったのでその分、飛騨高山でもう少し時間があればよかった。

Since I came to Japan for sightseeing from Colombia, I definitely wanted to experience a World Heritage site, so I participated. There were many Asian tourists, and I was one of the few Japanese people there. Shirakawa-go is indeed very popular in the Asian region! My friend had only seen snow a few times, so they were amazed by the climate and scenery. Although most of the thatched roofs were nearly free of snow, it was snowing on the day of our visit, and it was quite cold. Some people were dressed in a way that looked cold, so I felt like I was shivering every time we passed by each other. There were also areas where the snow had melted and the ground was muddy, so I think it's better to wear waterproof and comfortable shoes.

The free time at both spots was two hours, which was just the right amount of time for sightseeing, eating, and shopping. Everyone kept to the schedule, and I think the event went smoothly. The staff were kind and provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and they distributed pamphlets, which was very thoughtful.

コロンビアから日本に観光しに来てくれたので、ぜひ世界遺産をと思い、参加しました。アジア系の観光客が多く、日本人は私くらいでした。さすがアジア圏に大人気な白川郷ですね！！友人は雪を数えるほどしか見たことがなかったため気候、風景全てに感動していました。合掌造りの屋根はほぼ雪が溶けていましたが、当日は雪が降っておりかなり寒かったです。寒そうな格好をしている方もいたので、すれ違うたびにこちらが震えそうでした。雪が溶けて、土が沼っているところもあったので、防水であったり、動きやすい靴の方がいいと思います。
自由時間は両スポットとも2時間で観光+食べ歩き+買い物でちょうどいい時間でした。皆さん時間も守っており、スムーズに催行されたと思います。スタッフの方は優しく、日本語、英語、中国語で説明しており、パンフレットを配布したりなど親身で良かったです。

I went on a sightseeing trip to the snowy Shirakawa-go for the first time. Since public transportation is inconvenient for one person, I signed up for a day trip bus tour from Nagoya. It was through Veltra, and it seemed to be a tour aimed at inbound customers, as I was the only Japanese person on the bus along with the driver (the rest were from China, Hong Kong, and South Korea). I felt a bit lonely before departure, but the tour guide (from China) was very considerate towards me, so I was able to enjoy the sightseeing with peace of mind. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much, tour guide.

初めて雪の白川郷に観光に行きました。１人だと交通が不便なので名古屋からに日帰りバスツアーに申込みしました。
ベルトラ経由だったのですがインバウンドのお客様向けのツアーだったようで、バスの中の日本人は私と運転手さんだけだったので（残りは中国、香港、韓国の方）発車前は心細い思いをしましたが、添乗員さん（中国の方）が私にとても気を遣ってくださったので、安心して観光ができました。
とても楽しかったです。

It was a good tour.
However, the meeting point was shared with various tour companies, which made it very confusing.
The tour company name listed in the itinerary sent by email was different from the one on the flag held by the guide, and the guide only had a guest list and a flag, without a large sign indicating the destination.
Although the weather was not favorable, Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go were very nice.
The guide's announcements on the bus were polite and easy to understand.
All the participants were also on time for the bus meeting, which went smoothly.

いいツアーでした。
でも、集合場所はいろいろなツアー会社の集合場所になっていて、とてもわかりにくかったです。
メールで送られた日程表に書かれているツアー会社名と、ガイドさんが持っている旗は別物だったし、ガイドさんが持っていたのは客の名簿と旗だけで、行き先を大きく書いた案内も持っていなかったから。
お天気には恵まれませんでしたが、飛騨高山と白川郷はとてもよかったです。
バス内のガイドさんの案内は丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
参加しているお客さんも、だれもバスの集合時間に遅れることなくスムーズでした。

ツアーは非常によく組織されており、訪れた場所は素晴らしいです！

特に、親切でプロフェッショナルな渡辺さんに感謝します。私の好奇心にすべて答えてくれました！

このツアーをお勧めします。特に渡辺さんと一緒ならなおさらです！

Having no tour guide accompanying you at each spot and having to read the instructions and explore on your own—what do you think about that? Is it really acceptable to only have an escort to the entrance? That seems unlikely, right?

各スポットでのツアーガイドさんの随行がなく、自分で説明書を読み、自分でまわるというのは、如何なものか？
入り口付近までの随行？ありえないですよね？

I was a bit anxious because there were many foreigners and it seemed like we might have to share tables, but the seat next to me was empty, so I had plenty of space. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and then gave detailed explanations to each table, which was very considerate. Perhaps there were fewer Japanese participants? I appreciated how they took the time to teach us various things. It was also nice that the driver was a woman and drove safely.

外国の方も多いのと相席になる事がある様で、少し不安でしたが、隣の席は取られてなく広く使えました。
ガイドさんの説明も中国語、日本語、英語での説明と、その後に各席に説明して丁寧でした。
日本人の参加が少なかったのか？気を遣って色々教えていただき感謝。
運転手も女性で安全運転で良かったです。

I was surprised by how much snow there was, and it was truly moving. I took a friend from the Philippines, and they were excited as it was their first experience with snow.

思ったより雪が多く、感動しました。フィリピンからの友達を連れて行きましたが、初めての雪体験で興奮状態でした。

I usually travel freely, but I thought it would be nice to have a detailed explanation when visiting historical sites, so I signed up for this tour.

I expected to have a guide, so I had no prior knowledge and was just planning to follow along. However, upon arrival, I was informed of the departure time, and it turned out to be a format where we could explore freely, which was different from what I had anticipated.

Still, the tour conductor provided some brief explanations on the bus at various points. Since I’m not used to this, I felt a bit overwhelmed with managing free time and restroom breaks, but I was able to relax and nap on the bus, which I thought was a nice aspect of the tour. Although I had no preparations, I received a local map, which was also a positive point.

いつも旅行はフリーで動いていますが、歴史的な所へ観光に行くなら
詳しく説明を聞きながらがいいと思って申し込みしました。

ガイドさんがつくと思っていたので予備知識も全然無く、ただついて歩くつもりでしたが現地では出発時間を告げられ、自由に散策する形だったのが期待しているものとは違っていました。

それでも添乗員さんが所々に簡単な説明をバスの中でお話ししてくださいました。
慣れていないので自由時間の配分やトイレ休憩に気疲れしましたが、バスの中では寝ながらのんびりする事ができ、ツアーのいい所だと感じました。
何も準備が無かったのですが、現地の地図を頂きそれも良かった点です。

The weather was favorable, making for an enjoyable trip. The morning gathering was a bit hectic, and since most of the participants were international tourists, I felt a little anxious. However, the round trip from Nagoya was mostly free of traffic, which was stress-free. It was also fortunate that the person sitting next to me had to cancel at the last minute, allowing me to use the seat more comfortably. I heard that if you participate alone or in an odd number, there is a possibility of sharing a seat.

天候にも恵まれ楽しい旅行となりました。
朝の集合はバタバタしていて海外の観光客が大半を占めていた事もあり少し不安でしたが、名古屋からの行き帰りは渋滞もほとんどなくストレスもなかったです。
たまたま隣の席の方が急遽欠席になった事もあり座席も広く使えた事も幸運でした。
1人又は奇数の人数で参加される場合は相席になる可能性があるそうです。

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but the guide was very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the efficient sightseeing.

【Meeting Place】The location was easy to find. It seemed that three groups gathered at the same place, so it was a bit unclear which guide to approach.
【Participants】The large bus was almost full, with about 10 Japanese participants. The ratio of Japanese seemed higher than usual. The atmosphere in the bus was generally quiet, except for the English-speaking group at the back who chatted the whole time. Well, it can't be helped.
【Guide】The guide communicated in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The microphone was not working well, so they explained in their natural voice. It was unfortunate that it was hard to hear due to the distance. However, when I asked later, they provided additional information politely, so there were no issues.
【Sightseeing Time】Since it was a weekday, we didn't get caught in major traffic and stayed on schedule. In Takayama, I enjoyed Hida beef steak and sake, so I didn't have enough time. If we had an extra 30 minutes, I could have relaxed more.

1人で参加しました。少し不安でしたが、ガイドの方の対応も良く、効率的に観光でき満足です。

【集合場所】場所はわかりやすい。同じ場所に3グループ集合だったようで、どのガイドに声をかけて良いかわかりにくかった。
【参加者】大型バスはほぼ満席。うち日本人10名程度。いつもより日本人比率は高いようでした。車中は概ね静か。後ろの英語圏の方が終始おしゃべり。まあ仕方がありません。
【ガイド】中国語、日本語、英語で対応。マイクの調子が悪く地声で説明。距離があり聞き取りにくかったのが残念。後で尋ねると丁寧に補足があり問題なし。
【観光時間】平日なので大きな渋滞に巻き込まれることもなく予定通り。高山では飛騨牛ステーキと日本酒を堪能したため時間が足りませんでした。あと30分あるとゆっくり出来たかも。

I applied for this tour after learning that I could visit Shirakawa-go, which I had always wanted to see, on a day trip from Nagoya. It seemed to be a popular tour as it was fully booked, and the tour guide sat in the auxiliary seat next to the driver.

Most of the participants were from China, with a few others from different countries, and there were only a few Japanese people. The tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was reassuring with their polite and fluent Japanese.

The itinerary included about two hours in Takayama and two hours of free time in Shirakawa-go, which was nice as there was a decent amount of time for exploration despite it being a longer trip. The snowy streets of Takayama were very lovely! It was drizzling in Shirakawa-go, but the snowy scenery from the observation deck was magnificent, making it feel like I was wandering through a fairy tale, fulfilling my dream. I think this is a great tour for travelers with limited time, allowing them to compactly explore Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go!

一度行ってみたいとずっと思っていた白川郷に名古屋から日帰りで行けると知ってこのツアーに申し込みました。人気のツアーのようで満席、添乗員さんはドライバーさんの隣の補助席に座られてました。
ほぼ中国の方で、あとは数人他の外国の方、日本人は数名でしたが、添乗員さんは日本語、中国語、英語の3か国語で説明してくれました。丁寧で流暢な日本語で安心でした。
行程は、高山で2時間ぐらい、白川郷で2時間ぐらいの自由時間で、遠出の割には散策の時間もまあまああって良かったです。
雪の舞い散る高山の街はとても素敵でした！白川郷では小雨でしたが、展望台からの雪景色も素晴らしく、御伽の国を散策しているみたいで夢が叶いました。あまり時間がない旅行者が、コンパクトに飛騨高山、白川郷を巡れる良いツアーだと思います！

Thanks to our guide and the wonderful driver, we had a great day. It was very good that we were able to visit the snowy Shirakawa-go first, based on accurate judgments regarding the weather and the congestion at our destination. I hope that the snowy Shirakawa-go was enjoyable for our overseas guests as well.

I was surprised to see that most of the tour participants were foreigners, but I was able to efficiently visit and enjoy Takayama and Shirakawa-go. There wasn't much guidance on the highlights during the ride, so I think it would be better to research the sightseeing spots you want to visit in advance.

外国の方たちが大半のツアーでびっくりしましたが、高山、白川郷を効率よく廻れ楽しめました。車内での見どころに関するガイドはあまりありませんでしたので、事前に廻りたい観光スポットを下調べしておいた方が良いと思いました。

The guide spoke very little Japanese, and there was a lack of information. Communication was difficult due to their broken Japanese, which caused a lot of trouble. They mostly explained things in Chinese and spent a lot of time on their Instagram and talking on the phone with friends. The worst part was that the driver was completely exhausted from driving back and was dozing off, making it feel like we were about to have an accident. Even when I told the guide, they didn't do anything or seemed to understand the situation well. I believe this tour will become a major problem in the future. It wasn't just me; other customers felt the same way. It's disappointing because both the guide and the driver were really nice people. It’s probably the company's fault.

ガイドさんが日本語をほとんど喋れず、インフォメーションが足りません。カタコトの日本語なのでコミュニケーションが取れずに大変困りました。ほとんど中国語で説明していて、社内でガイドさんはずーっと自身のインスタ制作と友だちとの電話に時間を費やしていました。最悪だったのは、運転手が完全に帰りの運転に疲れ果てていて、コックリ運転で、事故に会いそうだったことです。ガイドさんに言っても、何もしてくれないと言うか、よくわかっていませんでした。きっと、将来的には大問題になるツアーだと思います。私だけではなく、他のお客さんも同意見でした。ガイドさんも運転手さんもとてもいい人だったので、残念です。多分会社が悪いんですね。

I had always wanted to visit Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. I hesitated to plan it myself due to time and transportation, but during my stay in Nagoya, I was able to go there for a day trip and enjoyed it efficiently.

飛騨高山にも白川郷にも一度行ってみたいと思ってました。自分達で予定するには時間や交通手段でちゅうちょしてましたが、名古屋滞在中に日帰りで行くことができ、効率よく楽しめました。

The tour consisted of just the two of us and a group of three women, with the rest being foreigners. Everyone was very well-behaved, not making noise on the bus or being late, which impressed me. The tour guide was also a Chinese woman, who was friendly and charming, making a good impression.

It was my first time visiting this place, and it felt like a city rich in history, which was very refreshing. The weather held up until we reached Takayama, but when we arrived at Shirakawa-go, it started to rain mixed with hail, making the sightseeing quite tough; that was a bit disappointing.

There was a traffic jam in Ichinomiya, and we were about 30 minutes late, but we arrived back on schedule, which was a relief. I also appreciated the driver’s help, thank you very much.

日本人は私たち夫婦2人と女性の3人組のみであとは全て 外国人 のツアーでした。
　皆さん とてもお行儀がよくバスの中で騒ぐこともなく 、時間に遅れることもなく 、とてもお行儀が良かったので 感心しました。添乗員の方も中国人の女性でしたが、愛想がよくかわいらしくて好感が持てました。
　初めて行った場所ですが 、歴史を感じる街で とても新鮮味がありました。 高山までは何とか天気はもったのですが、 白川郷に着いたら あられ 混じりの雨が降り、 結構 過酷な 観光でした 、それだけがちょっと残念でした。
　一宮で渋滞があり行く時は 予定より30分ほど遅れてしまいましたが、 帰りは予定通り到着したので助かりました 運転手さんにもお世話になりました、 ありがとうございました。

We participated as a family of five. The guide was very polite, kind, beautiful, charming, and a wonderful person. The driver was also very courteous, navigating narrow roads smoothly and safely, making for a comfortable bus ride. The weather was nice, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted in Takayama and Hida, with just the right amount of time.

家族5人で参加しました。ガイドさんが とても丁寧で親切で美人で愛嬌があり素敵な方でした。運転手さんも対応が丁寧で細い道もスイスイと安全運転で、安心して快適なバスの移動でした。天気もよく、高山、飛騨も行きたいとこに行けて時間もいいぐらいでした。

In November, I participated in a tour of Ise Jingu and Meoto Iwa. We were scheduled to have lunch around Oharai-machi, but since I have underlying health conditions and didn't want to eat in a crowded place, I consulted with our tour guide, K, asking, "Is it possible to have a meal in the less crowded area around Geku? I will cover the cost of traveling from Geku to Naiku myself." K agreed and said, "I will let you know the bus departure time later, so please join us by then." I had Ise udon at Geku and was able to sightsee at Naiku, joining the tour before the bus departure time. I am truly grateful for K's consideration. Thank you very much.

11月に伊勢神宮と夫婦岩のツアーに参加しました。昼食はおはらい町通り周辺を予定していましたが、私は基礎疾患持ちで人混みでの食事をしたくなかったので、添乗員Kさんに「人が少ない外宮周辺で食事をすることはできませんか？外宮から内宮までは自腹で行くので」と相談すると、Kさんは「あとでバスの出発時間を伝えるのでそれまでに合流してください」と了承してくれました。私は外宮で伊勢うどんを食べ、内宮も観光できバスの出発時間前にツアーに合流できました。Kさんの配慮には本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございました

It was our first visit to Ise Shrine as a couple after 30 years of marriage. Since we had no familiarity with the area, this day trip tour was very helpful.

We also enjoyed the rare Akafuku "Shiro Mochi Kuro Mochi" for lunch, which was delicious. If I could wish for anything, it would be to have a bit more time for worship at the Outer Shrine, but considering the travel time, it seems this is about all we could manage. That was the only slight disappointment.

It seems there are other tours available, so I would like to use them again if the opportunity arises.

結婚30年、夫婦で初めてのお伊勢参りでした。土地勘が全くないのでこのような日帰りのツアーはとてもありがたかったです。
お昼ご飯も、珍しい赤福の「白餅黒餅」も美味しくいただきました。
欲を言えば外宮の参拝時間がもう少しあればよかったのですが、移動を考えるとこの位になってしまうのかな、その点だけが少し残念。
他にもツアーがあるようなので機会があればまた利用したいです。

Both the driver and the bus guide were very considerate. It was my first bus tour, and I was glad that we received a souvenir from Akafuku.

The view of Shirakawa-go from the observation deck at this UNESCO World Heritage site is breathtaking, and the traditional gassho-zukuri village that still exists allows you to feel the beauty of old Japan. I visited in autumn this time, but I would like to go in another season as well. I also wish I had a bit more time to explore the town of Takayama. I would like to visit the furniture stores in Hida Takayama as well.

This was my first bus tour, and the tour guide was very kind and attentive, making the trip comfortable. If there are any tours that catch my interest, I would like to participate again. Thank you very much.

世界遺産の白川郷で展望台から見る白川郷集落は絶景で、今もなお現存する合掌造りの集落は古き良き日本の風景を感じる事ができます。今回は秋に行きましたが、別の季節にも行ってみたいと思いました。また、高山の街の散策ももう少し時間が取れたらいいいなぁと思います。飛騨高山の家具店めぐりもしてみたいと思いました。
今回、初めてのバスツアーでしたが、添乗員さんも、とても親切でとても気を遣って頂き快適に旅行ができました。また、気になるツアーがあれば参加させて頂きたいと思います。

I was surprised that the bus was full on a weekday, with most passengers being from overseas, but it was very quiet inside the bus. I'm glad I was able to go to Shirakawa-go with almost no stress.

平日なのにバスは満員で、海外の方が大半だったので驚きましたが、バスの中はとても静かでした。念願の白川郷にほとんどストレスなく行くことができてよかったです。

I was introduced to a yakiniku restaurant called Isshobin near Ise Jingu, known for its Matsusaka beef offal, and it was really delicious. The liver was fresh and had no unpleasant smell, making it tasty as well.

It was a Saturday tour, and there were a few Japanese participants, but the group had a multinational feel, including many from Chinese-speaking regions. The tour guide was a Chinese person fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and I had no complaints about the guidance provided. However, since they were not a dedicated guide, their role seemed to be mainly announcing meeting times and confirming the number of participants at each location. Each stop was two hours long, so if you want to make the most of your time, it might be a good idea to do some research in advance on places you want to see or food (restaurants) you want to try.

The members of the tour I participated in were particularly well-mannered, and those traveling in groups were relatively quiet on the bus.

There was no traffic congestion, so we departed and arrived almost on schedule, and I was able to catch the 19:20 Shinkansen back to Tokyo.

I think the tour from Takayama to Shirakawa-go is quite convenient and easy, as it would be difficult to visit these places in a day on your own.

土曜のツアーでしたが、日本人は数名、ほかは中華圏を始めとして多国籍な感じでした。添乗員も日本語、英語、中国語が堪能な中国の方で案内に不満な部分はありませんでした。
ただし、ガイドさんではないので各所では集合時間のアナウンスや人数の確認をするのみという感じです。時間は各地2時間ずつですが、有効に使いたい方は事前に観たい場所や食べたいもの（店）など下調べをしておくといいかも知れません。
私が参加したツアーのメンバーは特に非常識な方もいらっしゃらず、グループで参加されている方も比較的車内では静かでした。

交通渋滞もありませんでしたので、ほぼ定刻通りに発着し、19:20発の上りの新幹線に乗って帰京できました。

高山〜白川郷は個人ではなかなか一日で回ることが難しいと思いますので、大変気軽で便利なツアーだと思いました。

Please check the weather forecast in advance. On rainy days, the umbrellas at the information center are about 700 yen, which I think is not too expensive. I'm walking in a poncho. I will return to Kappa Bridge by 1:50 PM from Myojin Pond. The time to go to Taisho Pond is tight, but I think it's okay to go round trip to Tashiro Bridge. In November, the temperature is quite cold, so gloves and a hat are necessary. Restaurants are generally crowded, but it's cheaper to buy rice balls and sandwiches at the parking area along the way. Comfortable shoes or hiking boots are recommended. The restrooms operate on a tipping system, so please prepare several 100 yen coins.

事前で天気予報を調べください。
雨の日、案内所の傘が700円くらい、まあまあ高くないと思います。ポンチョ着て歩いてます。明神池で往復13時50分河童橋戻ります。
大正池行く時間が厳しいですが、田代橋まで往復また大丈夫と思います。
11月気温かなり寒いので、手袋、帽子が必要です。
レストランが大体的に混んでいますが、おにぎり、サンドイッチは途中のパーキングで買ってほうが安いです。
歩きやすい靴、登山靴が良いです。
トイレはチップ制、100円を何枚準備しておいてください。

I moved to Kamikochi before the mountains were closed off. The weather was rainy, so the gentle peaks were not clearly visible, but the mountain air was fresh. With four hours of free time, I strolled leisurely. The bus driver was very skilled, and with his stable driving, I was even able to take a nap along the way. The accompanying guide was bilingual in Chinese and English, providing a very kind orientation, which was convenient since there were many foreign tourists. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to participate in other day trips as well.

山が閉ざされる前に上高地へ移動しました。
天候は雨でなだらかな岳はよく見えなかったが、山の空気は新鮮でした。4時間の自由時間があるので、のんびりと散策しました。そして、バスの運転手はとても腕がよく、安定した運転で、途中で眠ることもできました。同行したガイドも中国語と英語のバイリンガルで、とても優しいオリエンテーションをしてくださって、外国人観光客が多かったので便利でした。
全体としてとても楽しい経験でした。次回機会があれば、他の日帰りツアーにも参加したいです。

I had an urgent matter in Nagoya, so I took a one-night trip from Tokyo, but I wanted to extend my stay a bit more and joined a day trip bus tour. With minimal effort, I was able to visit two famous spots for autumn leaves. The tour company staff primarily spoke Chinese, and their English and Japanese were somewhat limited, but as we approached the destinations, they provided necessary information in various languages. The meeting times were also displayed on an iPad, so there was no confusion. Since the participants spoke different languages, it might be challenging, but having even a little commentary like a tour guide could increase satisfaction. It was a fun tour. Thank you very much.

名古屋に急用があって、東京から1泊で出かけましたが、もう少し足を伸ばしたいと日帰りバスツアーに参加。
必要最小限の労力で、紅葉の観光名所を2ヶ所回ることができました。
旅行会社の方は、中国語がメインで、英語、日本語は片言の感じでしたが、目的地が近づくと各国語で必要な情報を伝えて下さいました。
集合時間などもiPadで表示。迷いませんでした。
参加者の言語がバラバラなので難しいかもしれませんが、観光ガイド的なお話が少しでもあると満足度が上がるかもしれませんね。

There are parts that are unavoidable due to road congestion, but we only had a little over an hour to stay in Shirakawa-go. It was disappointing that we had to rush through.

道路混雑で仕方ない部分もありますが、白川郷での滞在時間が1時間ちょっとしかなかった。とても急いで回らなくてはならなくて、残念でした。

The experience was just okay. First, the guide was late in the morning. There was no greeting, and she was mostly on her phone. She was very good at Chinese, but it seemed like she lacked Japanese hospitality. I can't say this experience was bad, but it could have been better.

体験はまあまあだった。まず、ガイドが朝遅かった。挨拶もなく、ほとんど携帯電話を使っていた。彼女は中国語がとても上手でしたが、日本的なホスピタリティに欠けているように思えました。この体験が悪いとは言えないが、もっと良かったかもしれない。
