4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!

How to Use the Rental Service
■ Pickup
1. Please read the rental terms and usage manual before making a reservation.
2. Come to Narita International Airport Terminal 1, South Wing 1F, during business hours (6:00–21:00).
3. Present your voucher and a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or My Number Card [for Japan residents]) to the staff.
4. After confirming the rental item together, the rental begins. Have a safe and pleasant journey!

1. Please return the item to the same location as pickup.
2. We will check the condition and completeness of the returned items.For one-day rentals, please return the item by the end of the same day during business hours.
