The guide was very kind, which was great. They provided detailed explanations at the tourist spots and continuously described the surrounding scenery on the bus.

We were considering traveling to Iriomote Island as a family, but since my elderly mother was with us, we decided to join a tour. The staff member who came to pick us up at the hotel had a wonderful smile that left a lasting impression, and I was moved to see that they also handled the boat operations. I'm sure all the staff are well-rounded individuals. They worked efficiently and responsibly. The explanations from the tour guide on the Nakama River were very easy to understand, and the time spent riding the water buffalo to Yubu Island calmed my usually restless heart. On the return boat, the splashes of water felt refreshing, making it a unique experience especially during the hot season. Thanks to participating in this tour, we were able to spend a happy time. Thank you very much. I would like to go to Ishigaki Island, Iriomote Island, and Yubu Island again on this tour.

西表島へは家族で行動しようと考えていたのですが、高齢の母が一緒だったこともありツアーに参加することにしました。ホテルまでお迎えに来てくださったスタッフの方の素敵な笑顔が印象的で、その方が船の業務もこなしているのを見て感動しました。きっとどのスタッフの方もオールラウンダーなのでしょう。テキパキと責任を持って働いていらっしゃいました。仲間川ではツアーガイドをされている方の説明も非常にわかりやすく、水牛に乗って由布島へ行く時間は日頃の荒ぶった心を穏やかにしてくれました。帰りのボートでは水飛沫がとても気持ちよく暑い時期だからこその体験が出来ました。このツアーに参加できたおかげで幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。またこのツアーで石垣島、西表島、由布島へ行きたいと思います。

I needed an umbrella because of the rain. The bus had audio guides available through earphones, so I wasn't bored. I enjoyed nature, including a visit to the crater from the Usuzan Ropeway. At the optional Bear Ranch, I was able to see bears of different ages and felt a connection with the bears that were around my age. Their sleeping姿 and the way they ate snacks while lying down were both amusing and brought smiles to my face. The meals, including seafood and meat, were delicious.

雨で傘が必要でした。バスの中はイヤホンを使用しての案内があり、退屈しませんでした。有珠山ロープウェイから噴火口見学できるなど自然満喫です。オプションのクマ牧場では年齢別のクマを見て自分と同じくらいの年代のクマに親近感が持てたり、寝ている姿や寝ながらおやつを食べる姿が、おかしくもあり笑顔になりました。お食事も海産物、お肉など美味しかったです。

I was able to see the real training scenes of ground staff, cabin crew, pilots, and maintenance personnel. The explanations were provided by current employees, and I was able to hear their stories of struggles.

I have visited Okinawa several times, but for some reason, I haven't been able to go to the Churaumi Aquarium. I decided to take a tour this time. I also enjoyed the meal at Sam's.

何度か沖縄に来ていますが、美ら海水族館に、なぜかいけず。思い切ってツアーにしてみました。サムズのお食事も、楽しませていただきました。

A tour to visit Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Cedar.
I arrived at the airport before noon and had lunch at the airport cafeteria.
It was time for pickup, and the tour began.
From the name Yakusugi Land, I imagined a tourist facility, but it turned out to be a tour walking along a path in the mountains. You can choose between a 30-minute and a 50-minute course, so even those who are not confident in their walking abilities can participate. Even someone like me, who is nearly sixty and not very active, enjoyed the 50-minute course.
After that, we saw the Jomon Cedar and were taken back to the hotel.
The tour included a driver and guide. Seeing the trees while receiving explanations from the guide deepened my understanding and made for a more moving experience.

空港にお昼前に到着し、お昼ご飯を空港の食堂で頂きました。
ピックアップの時間となったので、ツアー出発
屋久杉ランドという名称から、観光施設を想像していましたが、山の中を遊歩道に沿って歩くツアーでした。コースも30分と50分を選べて、歩きに自信のない方でも大丈夫です。ほぼ還暦の運動不足の私でも50分コースを楽しめました。
その後、紀元杉をみて、ホテルまで送ってもらうツアーです。
運転手兼ガイド付き。ガイドに説明を受けながら木を見ると、理解も深まり、より感動的な体験となります。

I participated with my 7-year-old grandchild. The hotel provided transportation, and I chose this tour because we could see the whale sharks, which I wanted to show my grandchild. Since we were joining from Naha, I thought we could leave by 19:10 after getting on at 8:20, so I made a reservation at the hotel restaurant for 19:30. However, we still hadn't arrived by 20:00, and I had to cancel the restaurant. I also struggled to decide where to have lunch, and since lunch was scheduled for 15:00 at Churaumi, I thought it would have been better to bring something to eat on the bus.

I think it was great to see a lot of things, but I felt that extra caution is needed when participating with small children. I also think that the fact that some people did not return by the departure time contributed to our late return. I believe that keeping to the schedule is an important part of tour etiquette.

7歳孫と参加しました。
ホテルに送迎があり、孫に見せたいジンベイザメが見られるというのでこのツアーにしました。
那覇からの参加だったので、8:20乗車で19:10には帰れるかと思い、ホテルのレストランを19:30に予約していましたが、20時になっても着かず、レストランはキャンセルしました。
昼食もどこで食べたらいいのか判断がつかず、美ら海で15時に昼食となったので、バス内で食べられるように持って行った方がよかったかと思いました。
盛りだくさんで、色々見られてよかったとは思いますが、小さい子を連れての参加には注意が必要だと思いました。
出発時刻までに戻って来ない人がいたことも帰りが遅くなった原因の一つかなと思いました。ツアーでは時刻を守ることも大事なマナーだと思います。

I don't think I could have reached this place in just one day on my own. We were able to go efficiently without any crowding and on time. More than half of the guests were Chinese speakers, but the guide explained everything in both languages with care, which was enjoyable. Thanks to the experienced driver and guide, I had a wonderful day.

自分では到底この場所へ1日では行けなかったと思う。効率良く混み合うこともなく時間通りに行けました。半分以上中国語のお客さんでしたが、ガイドさんがどちらの言語も丁寧に説明してくださって楽しかった。
ベテランドライバーさんとガイドさんのお陰で楽しい1日を過ごせました。

I was able to visit Jigokudani, Chikyu Misaki, Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, Sairo Observatory, and Lake Shikotsu all in one day. The tour guide was attentive and maintained a good distance. We returned on time. The driver's driving was excellent, and the ride was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

地獄谷、地球岬、昭和新山、洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、支笏湖が一日で回れました。添乗員さんも程良い距離感で細かく対応されてました。時間通りで帰着出来ました。ドライバーの方の運転も素晴らしく乗り心地も最高でした。ありがとうございました。

I joined this tour because I can't drive. We were able to visit two main lakes in one day, and the time allocation was just right. The meals were also very delicious.

The explanations at each location were only briefly provided on the bus. I think the information was at a level that could be easily found by searching on a smartphone. Upon arrival at each place, there was no detailed guidance from the guide, and after getting off the bus, we had free time. Only guidance to the destination was provided, and there were no specific explanations at the site.

各滞在地の説明は、バスの車内で簡単に行われるだけでした。情報量としては、スマートフォンで検索すれば分かる程度の内容だったと思います。各地に到着するとガイドによる詳細な案内はなく、バスを降りた後は自由行動となりました。目的地への誘導のみ行われ、現地での説明などは特にありませんでした。

I have over 40 years of skiing experience, but this slope makes my legs tremble. I have experienced speeds of 40 to 50 km/h on skis and road bikes, but I can hardly imagine what it feels like to go 80 to 100 km/h alone. It seems to be a skill achieved through training from childhood, overcoming fear, and honing techniques. In the future, when watching jump competitions, I will inevitably recall the sight of this slope and feel a deep respect for the competitors.

スキー歴40年以上有りますがこの斜面は足がすくみます。
スキーやロードバイクで時速40〜50kmの体感を経験した事は有りますが、単身時速80〜100kmの体感とはいかほどか想像を絶します。
幼少期からの訓練と恐怖感の克服と技術の研鑽のなしえる技と思われます。
今後ジャンプ競技を観戦する際はこの斜面の光景を否応なしに脳裏をよぎり競技者への敬意を覚える事でしょう。

Since the guidance was provided through earphones, I was worried, but the explanations were very clear, which was great. I wish I had a bit more time at the sightseeing spots.

I visited ANA Blue Base for the first time! The vast and state-of-the-art training facility is designed to allow visitors to experience the environment without disturbing the airline employees. Everything I saw was fascinating, and I was able to ask many questions. The staff kindly taught me interesting knowledge, and I got to see real training scenes up close. It was an amazing experience for an aviation enthusiast, and the time flew by! I still have many questions and would love to visit again!

初めて訪問しましたANA Blue Base！航空従事者の社員の方々の邪魔にならないように見学体験ができるように作られた広大で最先端の訓練施設は見るもの全てが面白く、沢山のことを質問させていただき、丁寧に教えて頂き、面白い知識を学べて、リアルな訓練風景を間近に拝見できて、飛行機好きには最高のあっという間の時間でした！！まだまだお聞きしたいことがいっぱいあり、またお伺いしたいと思います！

I would like to move the departure time one hour earlier and extend the stay at the location to four hours. I couldn't see everything. I want to take my time to see the polar bears and seals.

出発時刻を１時間早め、現地の滞在時間を４時間にしてほしい。全て見ることができなかった。ホッキョクグマやアザラシはゆっくり見たい。

The aquarium was amazing, but the rest of the trip was a lot less interesting eg the pineapple farm

I finally visited the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I had plenty of time and really enjoyed it. I was also able to visit Kouri Island along the way, making it a packed day, and the bus ride was comfortable too.

念願の美ら海水族館に行きました。
時間もたっぷりあり、楽しめました。途中古利島にも行けて盛りだくさんでバスの中も快適でした。

The guide can introduce in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and the recommended restaurants have good flavor and are not expensive. It would be nice if we could stay at Lake Toya for a longer time.

ガイドは日本語、中国語、英語で紹介することができ、おすすめのレストランは味がよく、値段も高くありません。洞爺湖に滞在できる時間がもっと長くなるといいですね。

The travel arrangements are very good, and there is plenty of break time, but it would be nice if the stay at Cape Kamoi could be a bit longer.

Overall, the entire one day tour in Kyoto was amazing; going to the four separate locations seeing all the different shrines, temples, bamboo forest etc., was really a fascinating experience, especially learning about the history of each shrine temple from our wonderful, professional but very funny tour guide who made us very comfortable and kept the tour right on schedule. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in a one day tour while in Kyoto. Special thanks to our tour guide for the experience .

The bus tour was a great way to explore two UNESCO villages even on a very rainy day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny giving us tips along the way in both Japanese and English.

We were a small group of just about 15 people on a bus for about 27. The bus was very comfy. The time we had to explore on our own was sufficient. The lunch was very yummy and served traditional style.

When I board a plane, I only think about the fun things related to travel, but I realized that behind the scenes, pilots (it takes 15 years, right?), mechanics, cargo staff, flight attendants, and ground staff are training hard and working diligently to operate flights. I was moved. From now on, when I fly, I want to enjoy it while appreciating everyone's smiles.

私が飛行機に乗る時は、旅行で楽しい事しか考えていませんでしたが、その裏ではパイロット（15年もかかるんですね）・整備士・貨物スタッフ・CA・グランドスタッフの方々が日々訓練を重ね大変な思いで運航している事が分かりました。

I had always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go.
For this trip to Kanazawa, I adjusted my schedule mainly around the tour from VELTRA.
The clear explanations during the bus tour, fluent English, everything was perfect.
We left early in the morning and returned in the evening. Time flew by.
There were plenty of highlights, and the food was delicious.
I was very satisfied with the bus tour, especially since we were able to go to Takayama.
I'm glad I participated.

This is a review of a bus tour to Churaumi Aquarium that I participated in alone. I joined a bus tour departing from Naha City in June. As a woman in her 50s traveling solo, I felt at ease thanks to the attentive guidance from the bus guide.

We visited Manzamo, Nago Pineapple Park, and Okashi Goten before heading to the area around Churaumi Aquarium. Manzamo offers stunning views, but the stay was a bit short. At Pineapple Park, I enjoyed wine tasting and delicious snacks, making for a fun time. Personally, I thought visiting Okashi Goten wasn't necessary, but I did get to try a piece of chin-suko.

I chose a course without aquarium tickets, but I found it impressive that I could see the Sea Turtle Pavilion and Manatee Pavilion, take a stroll along the Fukugi tree-lined path, and relax at a café.

There were several stops for hotel drop-offs along the way, which took a bit of extra time. Lunch was not included in the tour, but many people opted for a light meal at the food court on Kouri Island.

Overall, I felt this was a convenient tour that allows for easy participation even when traveling alone, efficiently showcasing the northern part of Okinawa.

月に一人で参加した美ら海水族館方面バスツアーの感想です
6月に那覇市内から出発するバスツアーに参加しました。50代女性のひとり旅でしたが、バスガイドさんの案内が丁寧で、安心して楽しめました。

万座毛やナゴパイナップルパーク、御菓子御殿などを巡って、美ら海水族館周辺へ。
万座毛は景色が素晴らしいですが、滞在時間がやや短め。パイナップルパークではワインの試飲やお菓子が美味しく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。御菓子御殿は個人的には寄らなくても良かったかなと思いましたが、ちんすこうを一ついただけました。

水族館チケットなしのコースを選びましたが、ウミガメ館やマナティ館を見たり、フクギ並木を散歩したり、カフェでゆっくり過ごせたのが印象的でした。

途中、リゾートホテルへの送迎で何度か停車があり、その分少し時間を取られる感じはありました。
昼食はツアーに含まれていませんが、古宇利島のフードコートで軽く食べる方が多かったです。

全体的に、ひとりでも気軽に参加でき、沖縄北部を効率よく観光できる便利なツアーだと感じました。

It seems there was a bus accident, causing a 30-minute delay in departure, and it got even later due to someone getting angry and complaining. I have no complaints about the tour content itself. However, I felt sorry for the people gathered from other hotels, especially many from Taiwan and China. There are announcements in three languages, so I think non-Japanese participants can enjoy the sightseeing as well. I wish they had secured a better lunch location.

バス接触事故があったらしく出発が30分も遅れて、キレて喚いて文句言ってる人のせいでさらに遅れた。ツアー内容に文句はないです。ただ他のホテルから集合されている人達が気の毒でした。台湾、中国の方々が多く。三カ国語で案内があるので日本人以外でも観光楽しめると思います。ランチの場所。確保して欲しかったかなぁ

The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing, but it was quite hot for June, which was tough. However, the lunch at the hotel was delicious, and the view from the window was great.

天気が良くて、景色は、最高でしたが、６月にしては、暑くて大変でした。
ただ、ホテルの昼食は、おいしくて、窓からの景色もよくて良かったです。

The weather was pleasantly warm, with occasional clouds—not too hot and not too cold. The guide was enjoyable, and I had a great time even on my own.

晴れときどき曇りの暑すぎず寒すぎず丁度良い気候でした。

I had only been to Hokkaido on group tours organized by travel agencies. I searched for a bus tour to visit my grandchild in Sapporo and decided to join this tour.

I was moved by the scenery at places I visited for the first time, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Mount Usu.

The journey from the ropeway to the observation deck was quite challenging for my husband and me, as we are over 70, but it was absolutely wonderful and has left a lasting impression on me. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. My grandchild in Sapporo said to come again. While I'm still healthy, I would like to join another Beltora tour.

ロープウェイ🚡から降りて、展望台迄の道のりは、70過ぎの私達夫婦には大変でしたがもう素晴らしくて目に焼き付いています。このツアーに参加して本当に良かった。札幌の孫から又来てねとの事。元気な間に又ベルトラツアーに参加したいと思います。

The bus driver and guide were wonderful. It was my first time stepping foot in Hokkaido, and I truly thought it was a lovely travel destination. Although the schedule was a bit tight, I was glad that we could visit all the places I wanted to see. I went with the understanding that the flowers might be a bit early for the season, but I was moved by the magnificent nature of Hokkaido.
