Restrictions
- Healthy individuals who are in the first grade of elementary school or older and able to run can participate.
- Guests must weight under 90 kg to participate.
- You need to be able to communicate in Japanese to participate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Participants will be asked to take out insurance. Please pay 500 JPY on site for insurance.
- Please wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants you don't mind getting dirty.
- Please bring gloves such as work gloves or thin non-slip leather gloves.
- Please come wearing sport shoes. High-cut trekking shoes are most suitable.
- Clothes to change, towel, sunscreen, camera, photocopy of the health insurance card, and strap for your glasses are all recommended.
