Important activity information

• If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
• In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, we will inform you by email whether the trip is cancelled or not, one day before departure (by 12:00 local time).
• Due to the emission of underground gases near the Nakadake crater, it is not recommended for those with respiratory diseases (asthma, bronchial diseases, heart diseases). Also, due to the length of the walk and steps, it is not recommended for the elderly, pregnant women, or those with physical disabilities.
• Children aged 0–2 may join for free, but no seat will be provided.
• Admission to Aso Cuddly Dominion is not included and must be paid by guests (JPY 2,000 per person, cash only).

• Please participate wearing comfortable shoes and clothing. We kindly ask that you take responsibility for the management of your valuables. We do not assume any responsibility for loss or theft.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the bus departure time. Please note that we cannot wait for latecomers, so please be aware of this in advance.
• If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you are showing symptoms suggestive of infection, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating in the tour.
• The tour will be conducted on a shared tourist bus. To avoid inconveniencing other customers, please strictly adhere to the meeting times at each spot.
• This product is a shared tour and other customers will also be joining. Please understand that we cannot accommodate any requests to get off at locations other than the scheduled boarding and alighting points.
• The number of personal belongings you can bring into the vehicle is limited to two per person. If you have large luggage, please let us know in the comments section when you make your reservation.
• Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the tour may end later than scheduled. We do not recommend this tour for customers who plan to catch a flight on the same day. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss your scheduled flight due to a delay in the tour's end time.
• We will adjust the size of the vehicle based on the number of participants on the day. If the tour operates with a small group, a driver-guide will accompany you in a compact vehicle.
• We will be accompanied by staff who can provide assistance in Japanese and Chinese. However, please note that the guidance may not necessarily be in the native language, as it will be trilingual. Thank you for your understanding.
• This tour is primarily designed for foreign visitors, hence the guidance language is mainly for foreigners. However, important information such as meeting times will also be provided in Japanese.
