Important activity information

• In case of severe weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, you will be notified via email about any cancellations by 12:00 PM (local time) one day prior to departure.
• If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

• Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Ensure you manage your valuables responsibly, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or theft.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the bus departure time. Kindly note that the bus cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms suggesting infection are kindly requested to refrain from joining the tour.
• This tour is conducted as a shared bus tour. Please adhere to the designated meeting times at each spot to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
• This is a shared tour with other guests. Please note that requests for drop-offs at locations other than the designated stops cannot be accommodated.
• Each guest may bring up to two items of luggage onboard. For large items, please inform us in the remarks section when making your reservation.
• Due to potential traffic conditions, the tour end time may be delayed. We do not recommend this tour for guests with flights scheduled on the same day. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight due to a delay in the tour's conclusion.
• The size of the vehicle will be adjusted based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, a driver-guide will escort you in a smaller vehicle.
• A staff member who can assist in Japanese and Chinese will accompany the tour. However, as the guide will provide information in multiple languages, please note that explanations may not always be in native-level fluency.
• This tour is designed primarily for international guests, so the main language of guidance will be for overseas participants. However, important information such as meeting times will also be provided in Japanese.
