- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 8 business days to 17:00 local time, 6 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 6 business days to 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 2 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Individuals able to trek on a mountain, and children 120 cm tall or taller who can play on a jungle gym are able to participate. Primary schoolchildren need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Child fee applies to 18 years old and younger.
Required items to bring & attire
- Towel, well-fitted swimwear, goggles (if you have). If your shoe size is 22 cm or smaller, wear sport shoes and socks that cover up to the ankles to enter the stream. Rash guard or thin synthetic fabric shirts are recommended for additional warmth.
Additional notes
- Activity will be held in light rain. We may cancel if small children are participating, due to risks of hypothermia.
- For those with their own car, you will be required to drive with your own car to go to the stream climbing point. (Approximately 10-minutes by car).
