I planned this trip to Hokkaido because I longed to see the Shakotan Blue, but unfortunately, the weather was not on my side, with rain and clouds preventing me from seeing it. I feel disappointed because I believe the scenery would have been amazing if the weather had been good. Additionally, there was an earthquake, and my son reached out to me on LINE to check if I was okay, which made him worry. If I have another chance, I would like to try again.

積丹ブルーに憧れて今回北海道旅行を計画したのですが、あいにくの天気で、雨が降ったり曇ったりと積丹ブルーは見れず天気が良かったら、素晴らしい景色だと思うと残念です。又地震があり息子から大丈夫かとLINEがあり心配かけました。又チャンスがあればチャレンジしてみたいです。

This is my second time at the Okurayama Jump Stadium, but since it was so long ago, I hardly remembered it. I'm glad I went again, and by chance, I was able to see jumping for the first time, which was thrilling. The view from the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill was also very nice, and it was great to see not only sheep but also deer.

大倉山のジャンプ場は2回目ですが、余りの昔でほとんど記憶に無かったので、改めて行って良かったし、偶然にも、初めてのジャンプを見る事ができ感激しました。羊ヶ丘展望台の景色も、とても良かったし、羊以外にシカにもあえて良かった。

We participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour on the afternoon of July 30th, just the two of us! This time, we were blessed with great weather and were able to see the best views. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, we took the lift to the observation deck and were overwhelmed by the magnificent scenery! We were also lucky to encounter people practicing jumps, which was exciting! At the Moerenuma Park, we were healed by the grand views of Sapporo! I would love to join more tours in the future!

7/30の午後からの半日観光バスツアーに主人と2人で参加致しました！
今回は天気に恵まれ最高の景色を見られ、大倉山ジャンプ場では、リフトにも乗り展望台迄行き、雄大な景色に圧倒さました！
運良く、ジャンプの練習をしている人達に遭遇し感激しました！
羊ヶ丘公園でも、札幌の雄大な景色に癒されました！
又、他にもツアーにも参加したいと思いました！

It was amazing! The guide's explanations were very detailed and pleasant to listen to, and the bus driver provided great hospitality, making the experience stress-free from departure to the end. The bus also had Wi-Fi and power outlets.

My parents in their 70s and my 8-year-old daughter were worried about the walk at Cape Kamui, but they were captivated by the stunning views and were able to enjoy the walk! On the boat, we were also moved by the Shakotan Blue. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this tour!

I had some time before the Escon match, so I signed up for this tour. The content was compact and well-organized, and I’m glad I participated. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, I was able to watch the athletes practice, which was a valuable experience.

エスコンの試合まで時間あるので、こちらのツアーを申し込みました。コンパクトにまとまった内容で、参加してよかったです。大倉山ジャンプ競技場では、選手の練習も見ることができ、貴重な体験ができました。

On a two-night trip from Fukuoka, I had previously traveled on tours, but this time I booked the flight and hotel myself. Initially, it was supposed to be a solo trip, but I ended up bringing along my 81-year-old teacher who teaches me how to make bags with obi. I was a bit anxious, so I reserved a morning bus for the return flight, which turned out to be a fun bus tour. Hokkaido is vast, so the bus tour was helpful and educational. Nowadays, I mostly sign up for these bus tours, so I feel satisfied with my solo travels.

２泊の福岡からの旅行で、今迄はツアーでの旅行でしたが今回は飛行機とホテルは私が予約しての旅行で、最初は一人旅でしたが私が帯でバッグを作る時の先生８１歳を連れての旅になり不安でしたので帰る飛行機の午前中のバスを予約して楽しいバスツアーでした。北海道は広いのでバスツアーは助かるし、勉強になりました。私の旅行は今は殆どこのバスツアーに申し込みをしていますので、一人旅を満腹しています。

I thought I wouldn't experience much on the half-day bus tour in Sapporo, but to my surprise, on the way to the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, I encountered a wild Ezo deer. I was so shocked that I hurried to take a picture, but it was already too late. What a disappointment! I can only hope that next time I meet a deer, I’ll get a heads-up. It was a really enjoyable tour!

The bus guide's wonderful guidance and the driver's skillful driving ensured a safe and enjoyable day. The tour's lunch was not great, but the optional boat ride was excellent.

1日バスガイドさんの素晴らしい案内とドライバーさんの運転も上手く無事に1日対応してもらいました。このツアーは昼飯はイマイチでしたが、別支払いの船が良かった。

Cape Kamoi is incredibly windy, and there are parts where the path narrows and some stairs, so it requires quite a bit of stamina, but it's worth the visit! At Shimamukoi Coast, a breathtaking view awaits after passing through a short tunnel. I opted to ride a glass-bottom boat, but honestly, I didn't see many fish; however, feeding the seagulls was fun! The guide's stories were interesting, and they also recommended great souvenirs, making for a very enjoyable day. There were participants from other countries as well, but they were all well-behaved, so there were no issues.

神威岬はとにかく風が強く、道が一部狭くなっている所もあったり、階段もあったり結構体力が要りますが、行く価値ありです！島武意海岸では、短いトンネルをくぐると絶景が待っています。オプションでグラスボートに乗りましたが、正直魚は余り見えず、ですか、カモメの餌付けは楽しかったです！ガイドさんのお話も興味深く、オススメのお土産も教えて頂いたり大変楽しい一日となりました。他国の方も参加されていましたが、お行儀の良い方ばかりで問題ありませんでした。

I participated because I wanted to see Showa Shinzan. We started with two buses, and there were hardly any Japanese people. My bus was mostly filled with tourists from China, so it can't be helped, but the tour guide was also Chinese, and the sightseeing commentary was mostly in Chinese. Although they spoke some Japanese, the in-bus commentary was not fluent, and the endings were in Chinese, making it impossible to understand the important explanations. I believe the other bus with English speakers understood much better.

昭和新山を見たくて参加しました。バス2台でスタートし，ほとんど日本人がいませんでした。私のバスはほぼ中国からの観光客なので仕方ないのでしょうが，添乗員さんも中国の方で観光ガイドはほぼ中国語，日本語を話されますが，車内のガイドは流暢とは言えず，文末は中国語になっており，大事な説明が全く分かりませんでした。もう一台の英語圏の方が余程理解したと思いました。

I had visited Sapporo many times, but it was my first time at Hitsujigaoka. However, you can't miss the classics. Despite being close to the city, there is a vast pasture, and I was able to see not only sheep but also a herd of deer against the evening scenery. It was a fulfilling tour combined with Okurayama Ski Jump! I had a great time.

何度も札幌を訪れていましたが羊ヶ丘は初めてでした。しかし、やはり定番は外してはいけませんね。市内近郊にもかかわらず広大な放牧地があり札幌ドーム、ヒツジはもちろんシカの群れも夕景に見れました。大倉山シャンツェと合わせて充実したツアーでした！とても楽しかったです。

As a way to show filial piety, I traveled with my mother in her 60s from the metropolitan area. The meeting place was easy to find, but after that, I felt like I had come to a foreign country. After all, 90% of the participants were from China, and the bus guide was also Chinese. At first, they spoke both Japanese and Chinese equally, but pretty early on, it was about 90% Chinese for the entire time. The guide was getting excited with the customers on their own... The beautiful scenery felt more like a trip to China than Hokkaido. Fortunately, I had been studying Chinese, so I could vaguely understand what was being said, but if I hadn't, I think I would have felt quite exhausted. The calls of "Japanese people!" and "Chinese people!" were also somewhat unpleasant. The serene and quiet scenery was completely ruined by the loud Chinese announcements. Moreover, there was hardly any time to rest. It's understandable due to the busy schedule, but with only 20 to 30 minutes of stay, everything felt rushed. I was exhausted from the shower of Chinese in the bus!

親孝行として、60代の母と2人で首都圏から旅行しに来ました。集合場所は分かりやすかったけど、それ以降はまるで異国へ旅しに来たかのような気持ちに。なんたって参加者は中国の方が9割。バスガイドさんも中国の方。最初は日本語と中国語の両方を半々ずつ話してくれていたけど、割と序盤から9:1くらいでずーーーーーっと中国語を聞かされてました。ガイドさん、勝手にお客さんと盛り上がってるし、、。折角の風情ある景色も、なんだか北海道ではなくて中国旅行しにきたみたい。たまたま私は中国語を勉強していたのでうっすら何を話しているか分かったんですけど、全く分からなかったとしたらかなり疲労感がたまると思いました。日本人の方ー！中国人の方ーー！という声掛けもなんか嫌でした。せっかくの穏やかで静かな景色が中華の大きな声アナウンスで本当台無し。しかも休む間が全然無い。忙しいスケジュールだから仕方ないけど滞在時間が20,30分しかないから超駆け足。バスの中では中国語のシャワー笑つかれました！

I saw an exquisite view and was very satisfied. Thank you. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Summer in Hokkaido is beautiful. ^_^

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy and we managed to proceed. Asahiyama Zoo was small and easy to explore, and it was enjoyable. I also enjoyed the Blue Pond.

心配していました天気もなんとか曇りで進みました。旭山動物園はこじんまりとして見学しやすくてたのしかったです。青い池も楽しみました。

The tour on July 19th started with cloudy weather and rain in the forecast. I thought, "This is the worst," as I got on the bus, but our tour guide, Wan, brightened my mood! He was very friendly and kind, and his talks were enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and worked hard for us without showing any displeasure. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best tour.

He mentioned that he loves the phrase "ichigo ichie," but I couldn't help but say, "Let's meet again!" The tour itself was a fun experience, but I was very satisfied thanks to Wan. Thank you very much!

7/19日のツアーでしたが朝から曇天で、天気予報では雨。「最悪」と思いながらバスに乗りましたが、そんな気分を晴れにしてくれたのが添乗員のワンさん！　とても気さくで優しくて、トークも楽しかったです。嫌な顔もせずいつも笑顔で、私たちのために一生懸命動いて下さいました。おかげで最高のツアーとなりました。
「一期一会」が大好きな言葉とおっしゃいましたが、私は思わず「また会いましょう！」と言ってしまいました。
ツアー自体も楽しい企画でしたが、ワンさんのおかげで大満足です。本当にありがとうございました。

I thought that 10,000 yen for 30 minutes was expensive, but I was convinced. Since it was in the evening, the temperature was still comfortable, but I imagined it must be really tough for the rickshaw pullers during the hot daytime. They explained the streets to us and were considerate of the uneven surfaces. It became a wonderful memory of my trip. Thank you very much.

30分で1万円は高いかなと思っていましたが、納得でした。夕方の利用だったためまだ過ごしやすい気温でしたが、日中の暑い時は俥夫さんは本当に大変だろうなあと思いました。街並みについて解説してもらい、段差等にも配慮いただきました。旅のよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

It's wonderful to visit the highlights around Sapporo with a perfect schedule, including a stop at a hot spring, and to wrap up by 6 PM as planned!

完璧なタイムスケジュールで札幌近郊の見どころスポットを周り、温泉にも入れて予定通り18時に解散とは素晴らしい！

The participants were about 80 people on two buses, with three-quarters being foreign tourists (mostly Chinese). Therefore, half of the guide's speech was in Chinese. The guide was from China and had no issues with Japanese; they were a very pleasant person.

The tour packed in famous sightseeing spots that can be visited in a day from and back to Sapporo, making it a tight schedule for the value. While there was no need to rush, I felt at various locations that "it would be nice to have a little more time." For example, at Lake Toya, it was too crowded to have lunch at a popular restaurant, so I ended up with a convenience store bento (the Seikomart HotChef bento was quite delicious, which was a nice discovery). At Showa Shinzan, there wasn't quite enough time to ride the Usuzan Ropeway, regardless of whether we went to the bear ranch or not.

Based on my past experience of leisurely enjoying the visitor center after taking a sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu, I think this tour is recommended for those who want to "see a lot of different places" or "would like to revisit the good spots."

参加者はバス2台約80人で、3/4が外国人観光客（ほとんどが中国人）でした。なのでガイドさんの喋りの半分は中国語でした。ガイドさんは中国出身で、もちろん日本語に問題はなく、大変いい感じの方でした。
札幌出発・帰着で1日で回れる有名観光地を、これ以上ないというところまで詰め込んでいるので、おトクな分タイトなコースです。急いで歩かねばならないようなことはありませんでしたが、各所で「もうちょっと時間があればいいのにね～」と感じました。例えば、洞爺湖畔では、人気店でお昼するには混雑していて出発時刻に間に合わないので結局コンビニ弁当に（セイコマのHotChef弁当は結構美味しく、新しい発見がありましたけど）。昭和新山では（クマ牧場に行こうが行くまいが）有珠山ロープウェーに乗るにはちょっと時間足らず。
過去に支笏湖で観光船に乗ってビジターセンターでゆっくり楽めた経験からすると、「とにかく色々回りたい」あるいは「よかったところはリピートあり」という方にはお勧めだと思います。

I was captivated by the magnificent scenery. There are some areas that are a bit difficult to walk through, but it's definitely a place you should visit.

途中、すこし歩きにくいところがありますが、ぜひ訪れてほしい場所です。

I was scheduled to return on a night flight, so a half-day bus tour was very helpful. If it had been a bus tour in the evening, I wouldn't have made it to the airport, and having a whole day of free time would have left me unsure of what to do. The half-day bus tour was great. I was able to visit the Shiroi Koibito Park, which I really wanted to go to, and I was satisfied.

I had already visited all the tourist spots except for Shiroi Koibito Park, but I had a great time at each one. The guide and the driver were friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. In addition to the audio guidance, they provided thorough explanations with a sense of humor, making for an enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

白い恋人パーク以外は過去に全部観光済みだったけど、どこもすごく楽しかったです。
ガイドさんもドライバーさんも気さくな方で感じがよかったです。

Shiroi Koibito Park was a fun place that felt like a small Huis Ten Bosch.

I was glad to be taken to many places. The Hokkaido Jingu's Hangan from Rokkatei was delicious! It seems to be a limited edition available only here. It was my first time visiting the Great Buddha in Nara, and I was amazed by its scale. I opted for the foot bath at Jozankei Onsen, so I ended up with some extra time. It might be just right for those who want to enjoy a day trip to the onsen. The onsen town didn't have much to offer, so there wasn't much to do besides the foot bath and making boiled eggs, but after the foot bath, my tired and heavy legs felt light. The guide was young but had a gentle demeanor and was a pleasant young man. Most of the participants were foreigners, with only three Japanese, but the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, so there were no inconveniences. When I was in trouble, he would check on me, and his thoughtful consideration was wonderful. Lastly, I was happy to receive a note with recommendations for shops and souvenirs in Sapporo. I would like to visit them next time I come to Sapporo.

北海道神宮にある六花亭の判官さまは
美味しかった！ここだけの限定らしいです。
頭大仏は初めて来ましたが、スケールの大きさにびっくりしました。
定山渓温泉は足湯にしたので、時間が余ってしまった。日帰り温泉に入る人にはちょうどいいかもしれない。
温泉街も特に何もないので、足湯してゆで卵作るくらいしかやる事がなかったが
足湯をしたら、疲れて重かった足が軽くなった。
ガイドさんは若い方でしたが、物腰が柔らかで
感じの良い好青年でした。
参加者のほとんどが外国人で日本人は3人でしたがガイドさんは日本語、英語、中国語を話してくださるので不便はなかったです。
困っていると、声を掛けてくれたり
細やかな気遣いも素晴らしかったです。
最後に、札幌のおすすめのお店やお土産の
書かれたメモを共有してくださって
嬉しかったです。
次回、札幌に来たら行ってみたいと思います。

It was my first bus tour, and thanks to the guide, I was able to hear many interesting stories, which made it very enjoyable! I appreciated the recommendations for souvenirs and meals, as well as learning about various things in Hokkaido. I definitely want to use this service again!

It was a day blessed with good weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the great nature of Hokkaido. At the Usuzan Ropeway, we had plenty of time to explore the summit and visit the bear ranch. Thanks to the efficient guide and the friendly driver, we had a wonderful time.

天気に恵まれて北海道の大自然を満喫できた1日でした。有珠山のロープウェイでは山頂を散策してからクマ牧場を観る時間もたっぷりとありました。テキパキとしたガイドさんと感じのいい運転手さんのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごせました。

I wanted to take my time at Asahiyama Zoo, and this product made that possible.

The guide from Chuo Bus was very knowledgeable, and the content was excellent. The driver also prioritized safety, which made me feel secure.

Having only three participants on a large bus felt quite luxurious, but one of the participants disrupted the atmosphere, which was unfortunate for the guide and a bit disappointing. There's nothing we can do about that, but I enjoyed my first visit to Asahiyama Zoo despite the heat.

However, entering from the East Gate and gathering at the West Gate allows for a downhill viewing experience (climbing back up is tough), which I believe is due to parking arrangements.

旭山動物園をじっくり行きたかったので
この商品は叶ってました。

中央バスのガイドさんが大変勉強しており
内容も素晴らしかった。
またドライバーさんも安全第一で
安心できました。

参加者3人と言うそれでいて大型バスはなんとも贅沢でしたが
参加者の1人が雰囲気を壊す方でしたので
ガイドさんが気の毒なのと
遮るので残念でした。
こればかりはどうしようもないが
初めての旭山動物園、暑さに負けずに
楽しめました。

ただ、東門から入り西門の集合の方が
下って見学ができるので　(また登るのは辛い)駐車場の関係かと思われます。

It was a truly wonderful experience throughout the day! Our guide, Mr. Onodera, provided detailed explanations in both Japanese and Chinese, allowing all participants to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. (About two-thirds of the participants were from Taiwan and China, while the rest were Japanese.) Not only did he introduce the tourist spots, but he also provided detailed information about local cuisine and souvenirs, which was very helpful. Additionally, I was really pleased with the thoughtful attention he showed by taking group photos every time we got off the bus. This was the best experience I've ever had! Thank you so much, Mr. Onodera!

一日を通してとても素晴らしい体験でした！
ガイドの小野寺さんは、日本語と中国語を交互に使いながら丁寧に説明してくださり、参加者全員が安心して楽しめました。（参加者は約3分の2が台湾・中国の方、残りは日本人でした）
観光スポットだけでなく、周辺のグルメやお土産情報まで細かく紹介してくれてとても参考になりました。
