It was a tour with a diverse group of 12 members, including a Chinese family, two friends from the Philippines, and three friends from Japan, along with a Chinese driver. At first, I was anxious, but in Jozankei, I naturally became friends with the young people from the Philippines by taking photos and chatting together. I was surprised that even us older folks could make friends with foreigners. My initial anxiety disappeared. As for the tour content, I wish we had a bit more time in Otaru. The time spent in Jozankei Onsen during this season felt a bit long. I'm glad I was able to see both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and to attend the Shikotsu Lake Ice Waterfall Festival, which is only held in winter. If I had to say something, I wish I could have stayed for the light-up longer.

I was surprised that out of 45 tour participants, I was the only Japanese person. It seems that more people are coming from abroad now.

I participated on a snowy day typical of Hokkaido. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was closed for lift use because there was a competition the next day. I felt disappointed as I headed there, but it was amazing to watch the young athletes practice. My time at Shiroi Koibito Park was short and a bit rushed, but I think those who don't buy souvenirs can enjoy it quite a bit. At the outer market, I encountered some great shops, bought plenty of souvenirs, and was very satisfied. Given the weather made it difficult for us to move around, I'm really glad I participated.

There were nearly 40 participants today, and I was the only Japanese person. The guide was from Shanghai and spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese. That's impressive. Lunch was free, but while I was eating scallop fried rice at a recommended restaurant, a few people from the same bus came in. I thought it might be difficult to make detailed orders, but the guide appeared and took the orders together with the staff. I was impressed that both the staff and the customers were very helpful. It was wonderful. The conversation was interesting, and I found myself laughing while listening to the explanations. Unfortunately, the wind was strong, so I couldn't fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, but I was able to feel the nature that is not just beautiful. What left a strong impression on me personally was Showa Shinzan. I was able to see it up close from near the ropeway station of Mount Usu. Smoke was coming out from various places on the mountain. Perhaps due to the high surface temperature, there were areas without snow, giving it a rugged feel. I'm really glad I participated.

However, when I mistakenly went to Toyohira Valley instead of Jozankei, the driver kindly took me back, and when I dropped my smartphone during my free time and panicked, they waited for me. They were very kind. The time management was just right; I could only spend an hour in Jozankei due to the mix-up and couldn't enjoy the hot springs, but I had plenty of time to relax in Otaru. While listening to the audio guide through my earphones, I visited Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu for the first time. The snowy scenery was incredibly beautiful thanks to the favorable weather. From the window of the hotel restaurant where we stopped for lunch, I enjoyed a wonderful view that looked like a postcard, along with elegantly arranged kaiseki cuisine. I was very satisfied to be part of this tour.

Shikotsu Lake, Toya Lake, lunch, Usuzan Ropeway, the weather was great and it was the best experience.
I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but considering the sightseeing fee, it was very good.
The outbound and return journeys were significantly delayed due to snowy roads, but thanks to the driver's careful driving and the timely guidance from the tour guide (Mr. Yamauchi), I was able to enjoy the trip without getting bored.
The other passengers were also great people.
Overall, it was excellent.
All the crew and passengers were wonderful.
If I have the opportunity, I will use Chuo Bus and Veltra again.

The winter zoo was completely different from the summer one. There were many active animals and plenty of highlights to see. The polar bears and tigers were walking around, and it was very enjoyable to see them up close. The penguin parade was very cute. We had three and a half hours of free time, but it felt a bit short.

Also, the guide (Mr. Ito) gave great advice and pointed out the highlights. Thank you for the souvenir recommendations at the rest area.

In the morning, after checking in at the sightseeing bus counter, we boarded the bus at the bus terminal. While listening to the city tour on the bed phone, we departed at 9:00 and first headed to Okurayama. After viewing the ski jump from below, we took the lift to get a panoramic view of Sapporo from above.

At Ishiya Seika, we had limited time, so we only did some shopping.

Finally, we went to the seafood market to have lunch and buy souvenirs.

However, since I wasn't on the list, even though I reserved for four people, we couldn't all ride together and had to split into two buses with two people each. The order of the route was different, so in the end, we mostly ended up going around separately. I was quite disappointed.

コース自体はそれぞれの場所に30-90分くらい滞在する形でちゃちゃっと全部周るという面ではとても良かったです。自由行動なので経験は人それぞれになるかと思います。短いと感じる時もあれば、もういいやと思うときとありました。ひとまず、時間通りにというのを誇張されていたのでみんな規律と時間厳守ですごく統制は取れていました。

But after my mother regained her strength after more than three weeks in the hospital, I felt motivated to go to Hokkaido, even if it meant shortening the trip, and decided to go for two nights and three days at the end of September. 　札幌は、仕事で数回来たことがありますが、とんぼ返りだったので殆ど観光はできませんでした。事前に地理の予習ができてなかったのですが、本ツアーに参加して初めて、割と近くに富良野や美瑛があることを実感しました。また、四季彩の丘では、広々とした大地を体感でき、青い池も神秘的なブルーで久しぶりに気分が上がりました。ただ、お天気が安定していなくて、晴れ男を自称している自分の力でも晴れを継続できませんでした。
　お天気を除けば、満足できたツアーでした。何より北海道はほんとに広かったですね。有難うございました。

Nice to meet you. I participated in a day trip departing from Sapporo by myself. Most of the guests were from overseas. I was impressed by how the guide explained things in various languages.

It was the best experience, allowing us to efficiently visit various spots that we couldn't have done on our own in just one day, and it was also cost-effective!

Especially at Lake Shikotsu, even though it was winter, we could see a bit of Shikotsu Blue, which was very magical and beautiful.

Our guide, Catherine, was very knowledgeable and skillfully explained things in Japanese, English, and Chinese. She was also a great speaker, and I really enjoyed it! I would love to join her guided tour again.

About 80% of the other guests were from Korea and China, and there were few Japanese guests, but everyone was quiet on the bus and adhered to the meeting times, making it a very comfortable tour.

The only downside was that I was looking forward to the photo of the Showa Shinzan Ropeway included in the tour photos, but we didn't have enough time to ride it, so just be aware of that. Other than that, it was a very satisfying tour!

特に支笏湖では冬でしたが支笏ブルーも少し見れてとても幻想的で綺麗でした。

また彼女のガイドツアーに参加したいです。

まわりのお客さんの8割は韓国、中国からのお客さんで日本人の方が少なかったですが、車内でも静かで皆んな集合時間も守っていてとても快適なツアーでした。

ひとつだけ残念なのは、ツアー写真に昭和新山のロープウェイの写真があったので楽しみにしていたのですが、ロープウェイに乗るには時間が足りず乗れないので、そこだけ注意です。
それ以外はとても大満足なツアーでした！

I visited Sapporo for the first time. Since I wasn't used to walking on snowy roads, choosing a bus tour was definitely the right decision! Although there were mostly foreigners, the guide was considerate and explained everything in Japanese first, providing detailed and enjoyable explanations, which allowed us to make the most of our sightseeing schedule!
