It was a clear day in September, and the sky was beautiful. The main focus was the audio guide, but the guide shared interesting trivia, allowing us to make the most of our limited time and enjoy ourselves. Lunch at Furano Wine House was very delicious, and the hamburger was the best! I was also able to enjoy the original Furano mochi from Campana Rokkatei, which was very tasty! Although it wasn't lavender season at Farm Tomita, it was a perfect place to buy souvenirs, and I was able to get a cute lavender plate! At Shikisai no Oka, sunflowers and petunias were in full bloom, and it was very beautiful. The Blue Pond was even bluer than I had expected. I was able to take some lovely photos. On the way back, I was dropped off at the Clock Tower, so I took some pictures there before heading home. It was so much fun. I highly recommend it to anyone who is unsure! Please give it a try!

9月の晴れた日でとても空が綺麗でした。基本は音声ガイドですが、ガイドさんが豆知識を教えてくれるので、限られた中で時間を有効活用して楽しむことができました。ふらのワインハウスでの昼食もとても美味しくハンバーグが最高でした！カンパーナ六花亭オリジナルのふらの餅も無事に食べることができとてもおいしかったです！ファーム富田ではラベンダーの時期ではなかったもののお土産を買うのにぴったりの場所でかわいいラベンダープレートをゲットできました！四季彩の丘ではひまわりやペチュニアが咲き誇っており、とても綺麗でした。青い池も思ってた以上に青く。綺麗な写真を撮ることができました。帰りに時計台で下ろしてもらえたので時計台で写真も撮ってから帰りました。すごく楽しかったです。迷ってる方へおすすめです！ぜひ参加してみてください〜！

I participated on Friday, September 8th. On that day, there were about equal numbers of Japanese and Taiwanese participants, and we toured in a medium-sized bus. The tour guide was a Hong Kong man who provided guidance in Japanese and Mandarin. He was very friendly and had a great personality.

We visited the zoo, the Blue Pond, and a waterfall, and he provided detailed information about which women's restrooms were clean, which was very helpful. The zoo was enjoyable, and two hours was enough time to see the unique animals of Hokkaido up close.

I thought it would be better to wear comfortable shoes at the Blue Pond since the path was bumpy. The soft serve ice cream was delicious. We viewed the waterfall from a bridge, and it was very beautiful.

We were scheduled to arrive in Sapporo city around 7 PM, but we were able to return around 6:30 PM due to smooth progress. It was a very enjoyable tour. Thank you!

9月8日の金曜日に参加しました。当日は日本人と台湾人が半々くらいの人数で中型バスでの観光でした。
添乗員さんは香港人の男性で、日本語と北京語でガイドをしてくれました。ニコニコして人柄がとても良かったです。
動物園と青い池と滝を回りましたが、女性用トイレがどこが綺麗かという情報を細かく教えてくれたので、とても助かりました。
動物園は2時間あれば十分楽しむことができ、北海道ならではの動物を間近で見ることができて楽しかったです。
青い池は道がガタガタなので歩きやすい靴で行ったほうがいいなと思いました。ソフトクリームが美味しかったです。
滝は橋から眺めましたがとても綺麗でした。
19時過ぎに札幌市内到着予定でしたが、スムーズに進んだため18時半頃戻ることができました。
とても楽しいツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I chose this tour because I wanted to go from Sapporo to Furano on my first trip with my daughter. I had never been to Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond, but they were incredibly beautiful and left me in awe. The wide blue sky from Campana Rokkatei was wonderful. We had a morning meeting, and I had trouble finding the bus stop, so I walked around after arriving at the station, but other than that, the day went smoothly without any issues. I'm glad I chose this tour.

四季彩の丘と青い池は、行ったことがなかったのですが、とてもきれいで感動しました。
カンパーナ六花亭からの広い青空が素晴らしかったです。
朝の集合で、バス乗り場がわからなくて駅についてから歩き回りましたが、それ以外は問題なくスムーズに1日過ごせました

This is my second time. I was a bit disappointed that there were fewer flowers than I expected compared to last time.

However, the bus guide was very kind and provided a lot of detailed information right up until we got off, which was enjoyable and helpful.

I was torn between plans that included the zoo, but I decided to go with this one because I wanted to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido. It was a shame that the sky was cloudy, but I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. Since it was a group activity, it was unavoidable to return to the bus within a limited time. If I have another opportunity, I’ve decided I want to visit some places at my own pace! Definitely during the lavender season!

Lunch was delicious and had a good portion size. Of course, drinks like wine are available for an additional charge. It might have been more enjoyable to have the dining table set for women, as it could have sparked more conversation. I was able to sit alone on the bus, which made it easy to relax and enjoy.

動物園の入ってるプランと迷いましたが、北海道の雄大な景色を堪能したいと思い、こちらに決めました。
曇り空やったのが残念でしたが、行きたいところ全て回れました
団体行動なので限られた時間でバスに戻ってくるのは仕方ない事。また機会があれば、個人でゆっくり行きたい場所も決まりました！ラベンダーの季節にも是非！
ランチも美味しくボリュームもありました。
もちろんワインなどの飲物は別料金で頼めます。
食事のテーブルは女性同士にしてもらった方が会話も弾んだかな？
バスの席は相席ではなく、1人で座れたので気楽に楽しめました。

The pioneer village, crab house, Cape Earth, the town and night view of Hakodate, the morning market, the Trappistine Monastery, Onuma Park, and Hell Valley... It was a very fulfilling trip with beautiful scenery, delicious food, and a hotel with hot springs for accommodation.

開拓村、カニ屋敷、地球岬、函館の町や夜景、朝市、トラピスチヌ修道院、大沼公園、地獄谷、、、綺麗な景色に美味しい物、宿泊のホテルも温泉付きで大変充実した旅になりました。

Last year, I participated in a tour that included popular spots like Furano. My son was disappointed that we didn't have enough time at Asahiyama Zoo, so this year I chose a tour that only goes to Asahiyama Zoo.

As a result, it was a great decision. My son was very satisfied. The animals seemed lively and we had a lot of fun, possibly because the heat had settled down.

However, unrelated to the tour content, there were two pairs of parents with children around three years old sitting together, while two adults sat behind them. That was not good. The adults were either chatting or engrossed in their smartphones, while the kids were noisy and watching a tablet without headphones, causing sound leakage. They were completely unsupervised. They were even playing with the drink holders and almost broke them. When we finally got off the bus, the area under the seats where the kids were sitting was full of trash! Yet the parents nonchalantly got off without a care, which was shocking.

To participate in such an inexpensive tour and leave the bus in such a messy state... I will take this as a lesson.

去年は一番人気の富良野等にも行くツアーに参加。息子が旭山動物園の滞在時間が足りなかったと残念がっていたので、今年は旭山動物園だけ行ければいい、とこれを選んだ。
結果、大正解。息子も大満足。
動物さん達は、暑さも落ち着いたせいか皆元気でとっても楽しめた。


ツアー内容と関係ないが参加者の親子２組さん、３歳前後？の子供を2人で座らせ後ろに大人が２人で座ってた、あれはまずい。おばさん同士のお喋り又はスマホに夢中で、子供達が騒いだりタブレットをイヤホン無しで鑑賞しおもいっきり音漏れしてたり、が完全野放し。ドリンクホルダーで遊んで折りそうだったし。最後に降りた時には子供のいた座席下がゴミだらけ！なのに親は知らん顔で堂々と降りていって驚愕。

こんなお安くツアーに参加させて頂いておいて、バスをゴミだらけにして帰るとは…反面教師とします。

I used the service for 5 hours from Memanbetsu Airport.

The pickup was at Memanbetsu Airport, and I wanted to visit Abashiri Prison and the Drift Ice Museum, and if there was time, somewhere else!

Despite my vague request, the driver skillfully took me around.

They took me to great photo spots and a squirrel park, and at Abashiri Prison, you can get discount coupons from their website.

They kindly provided information until the very end. I would like to use this service again.

I recommend this sightseeing taxi for those who want to efficiently visit places and for those who want to go to recommended local spots!

I would like to highlight the driver, who was friendly and kind, and I would recommend him to my friends. I think the places to visit were limited due to the rain, but as a guide, he skillfully adjusted the schedule while taking us to various sightseeing spots, making the day enjoyable with interesting explanations. I definitely want to request him again next time.

特筆すべきは感じが良く親切で友人にもすすめたいドライバーさんでした。
雨天で観光出来る場所も限られていたと思いますが、ガイドさんとしても、上手に時間を調整しながら観光地を回り、その都興味深い説明で一日を楽しく過ごせました。
次回も是非お願いしたいと思います。

Since we were with small children, we chose this tour because the travel time was not too long, and there were breaks, allowing us to spend a good amount of time at the zoo. Aside from the meeting point being a bit hard to find, it was a very good tour. The guide's explanations during the trip were very clear, and the driving was very careful. As mentioned, we were able to relax at the zoo, which made our family very satisfied. Although this isn't about the content of the tour itself, I did notice that the café space at the ranch on the way back was not very large, and some participants had to eat their gelato standing up. Additionally, there were participants who did not adhere to the meeting time, which was a bit concerning.

小さい子供連れだったため、それほど移動時間が長くなく休憩時間も設定され、かつ動物園で長く過ごせるこちらのツアーを選びました。
集合場所が少しわかりずらかった点を除けばとても良いツアーでした。
道中でのガイドの方の説明はとても分かりやすく、また運転もとても丁寧でした。
上記のとおり動物園でゆっくり過ごせたため、家族の満足度も高かったです。
ツアーの中身自体の話ではないですが、帰路の牧場のカフェスペースが大きくなく、立ったままジェラートを食べざるを得なかったツアー参加者がいたことと、ツアー参加者の中で集合時間を守らなかった方が居た点は気になりました。

I wanted to see the night view of Hakodate, so I requested a sightseeing taxi. The driver explained a lot about Hakodate and showed us the best spots to view the night scenery, making our sightseeing smooth. By the time we were heading back, fog had rolled in, and we couldn't see the night view very well, so we were really lucky. Thank you very much.

函館の夜景を見たくて、観光タクシーをお願いしました。
ドライバーの方が、函館のことをたくさん説明してくれましたし、夜景も見やすいところを教えてくださって、スムーズに観光が出来ました。
私たちが帰る頃には霧が出て、あまり夜景が見られなくなってしまったので、本当に運が良かったです。

It was a long bus ride, but with the audio guide, I was able to pass the time without getting bored. There seemed to be some foreign travelers as well, but the bus was surprisingly quiet (perhaps the explanations were thorough).

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many beautiful landscapes. The highlight was Farm Tomita. Although the lavender season was over and I couldn't see it, I love the scent, so I bought various items at the souvenir shop. I recommend the potpourri that can be placed in a pillow; it has a lovely fragrance that is very soothing.

I was a bit disappointed that the lunch break was only about 50 minutes, which made me conscious of the time while eating. I might not have needed to order wine.

Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would like to use this service again next time.

長時間のバス移動でしたが、音声ガイドもあり退屈せずに過ごせました。外国人の方もいらっしゃったようですが、車内はびっくりするくらい静かでした。（説明が行き届いているのかも）
天気もよく、素敵な景色を沢山みることができてよかったです。一番よかったのはファーム富田です。ラベンダーの時期は終わっていてみれませんでしたが、香りが大好きなので、お土産ショップでは色々と買わせてもらいました。おすすめは枕にしのばせるポプリで、いい香りで癒されます。
お昼の時の休憩時間が50分位しかなく、時間を気にしながらの食事だったのが少し残念でした。ワインは頼まなくてよかったかも。
でも全体的に満足度の高い内容で、次回も利用したいと思いました。

I proposed enjoying our favorite scenery on a bus tour with my family, feeling excited about trying a different tour company. However, I never want to use this company again. The driver's driving was reckless and rough, showing no consideration for the passengers. They seemed Chinese... I’m relieved we arrived without an accident, but the sightseeing content was wonderful, even if the time for sightseeing was short, so I was very satisfied despite the disappointing driving.

I was astonished by the reviews being accurate. The lunch buffet was terrible, and the women's restroom was unacceptable; it always seemed to need someone in charge of cleaning! The cleaning was insufficient, toilet paper was not flushed, there was a mountain of trash, and the water was not running for foreign guests... I stopped using the restroom. It was not hygienic at all. I was glad it was only 60 minutes. I wished there had been a Japanese guide so I could express my opinions... It was so dirty that I forgot to take pictures; I should have posted them. Given the surge in tourists during the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope they improve hygiene completely.

The only thing I enjoyed was buying lavender soft serve ice cream, which was delicious.

I really wanted to eat at Asahiyama Zoo without a meal. There were others who had similar experiences as described in the reviews. I felt that I wanted to avoid tour companies with bad reviews.

I was able to enjoy sightseeing while learning many interesting facts from the bus guide. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, but I was able to see the surface of Lake Mashu shrouded in mist, and I was moved by its mystical atmosphere!

This is a tour packed with sightseeing spots around Kushiro. Some people might feel that the sightseeing time is insufficient, but I thought there was enough time to explore, and it was a great deal for an efficient experience. At Lake Akan, in addition to meals and lakeside sightseeing, I also took advantage of the day-use hot spring at the hotel. Since it was a tourist price for the hot spring area, I initially felt the price was high, but the New Akan Hotel Tenkuspa offered not only a regular large public bath and an outdoor bath but also a large tub about the size of a 50-meter pool where you can relax while wearing a special swimsuit and enjoying the view of the lake. Thanks to that, it became a very nice memory.

釧路郊外の観光地をぎゅっと詰め込んだツアーです。人によっては見学時間が足りないと感じるかもしれませんが、私は見学時間は十分で、お得な値段で効率良く回れたと思いました。阿寒湖では食事、湖畔の見学に加えて、追加でホテルの日帰り温泉を利用しました。温泉地の観光価格でしたので、最初、値段が高いように感じましたが、ニュー阿寒ホテル 天空スパは通常の大浴場、露天風呂に加えて、専用の水着を着て、湖を眺めながら５０ｍプールくらいの大きい浴槽での休憩しました。おかげで、とてもいい思い出になりました。

I signed up for a mini sightseeing tour with transportation included. After the monastery tour I had pre-booked, the soft serve ice cream from the monastery's shop recommended by the driver was delicious! After that, we made an unexpected stop at Tachimachimisaki. It was a place I absolutely wanted to visit, but I was worried it would be difficult to get there without a car, so I was very happy that we made a detour. The driver also shared recommendations for sightseeing spots and food during the ride, making it a fun trip. Thank you so much, driver!!

送迎付きのミニ観光コースに申し込みしました。あらかじめ申し込みした修道院観光後、運転手さんおすすめの修道院の売店のソフトクリームも美味でした(^^)その後、予定にはない立待岬に寄っていただきました。絶対に行きたかった場所なのですが、車でないと行きづらい場所かなーと悩んでいたので、寄り道していただき、とても嬉しかったです。車中でもおすすめの観光スポットや食べ物などを教えていただき、楽しい旅になりました。運転手さん本当にありがとうございました！！

I participated in a Beltora tour for the first time. I traveled from Yokohama to Sapporo for a 2-night, 3-day trip, and I joined the Beltora tour for one day in between. Before participating, I was worried that 2 hours at Asahikawa Zoo might not be enough time, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. At the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, the tour guide provided various sightseeing explanations, which made it enjoyable. The lunch buffet was also delicious. Renting a car to explore at the travel destination is nice, but I realized that participating in a tour is also fun and efficient. The driver and the tour guide were kind, and their attention to detail was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

初めてベルトラツアーに参加しました。
横浜から札幌に2泊３日の旅行で中1日をベルトラツアー参加しました。参加前は旭川動物園に2時間滞在では時間が少ないかな？不安でしたが、十分楽しめました。青の池、白髭の滝では添乗員のお兄さんが色々観光説明をしてくれ、楽しめめました。お昼のバイキングも美味しく頂きました。旅行先でレンタカー借りてまわるのもいいけど、ツアー参加も楽しいし、無駄がないんだなと思いました。また運転手さん、添乗員のお兄さんも優しく、気配り最高でした。楽しい旅行をありがとうございました。

I participated alone before the Hokkaido Marathon. I had a great time even by myself. The Shikisai no Oka was wonderful.

I went kayaking with my beloved girlfriend on the most beautiful river and lake. It was really interesting to see the water turn a soda-like color. Next time I come, I want to visit the lake too! I was happy to have taken a lot of photos.

I was unsure which company to choose online, but I made a reservation the day before departure through this site that I happened to find. I had originally booked an earlier time, but on the day of the tour, the driver recommended a time when the night view would be better, so I changed my reservation at the last minute. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a leisurely sightseeing experience and see the changing night views. I was a bit anxious since I was traveling alone, but I was able to chat comfortably with the driver in the car and had a great time. I would definitely like to request this service again when I come to Hakodate.

ネットでどこの会社がいいのか決めかねていて、たまたま見つけたこのサイトから出発前日に予約しました。
少し早めの時間で予約していたのですが、当日にドライバーさんから夜景がよく見える時間帯をおすすめしてくださったので急遽時間を変更。
おかげでのんびり観光もでき、夜景が変化していく様子も見ることができました。
一人観光だったので少し不安もありましたが、車内も気兼ねなくドライバーさんとお話ができ楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また函館に来たときにぜひお願いしたいです。

The weather was a bit uncertain, but it held up, and I was able to enjoy myself. Thank you. I was looking forward to the guide's stories, as there were many reviews mentioning how enjoyable they were, but it ended up being just an audio guide, which felt a bit bland, so I stopped listening halfway through. I noticed others had also put down their headphones, which was disappointing. I really wanted to hear the guide's live stories. Since it was a tour with international participants, I guess it couldn't be helped. I'm looking forward to the next tour. I was impressed by the gentlemanly demeanor of the bus driver. I appreciate it.

天候が微妙でしたがなんとか天気ももち、楽しむことができました。ありがとうございます。ガイドの方のお話が楽しかったとの口コミが多く楽しみにしていましたが音声ガイドでひたすら聞く感じだったのが味気なく途中から聞くのを辞めました。他の方も同じくヘッドホンを置いていて残念でした。やはりガイドさんの生のお話が聞きたかったです。海外の方も参加のツアーだったので仕方ありませんね。また次回のツアーを期待しております。バスの運転手さんの紳士的な対応に頭が下がる思いでした。感謝してます。

I took a bus from Chitose Station to Lake Shikotsu and participated in this tour. I had originally booked the 1:30 PM tour, but since I arrived early, I was able to switch to the 11 AM tour that had availability. The main part of Lake Shikotsu had some waves, so we were guided to the river instead. The water was incredibly clear and felt great. I also appreciated the photo-taking service. After the tour ended, I had a meal and went for a walk, and I could see that the 1:30 PM tour was heading to the lake. I'm not sure which was more fun, but I enjoyed the river, so it was all good!

千歳駅からバスで支笏湖へ行き、本ツアーに参加しました。
13:30のツアーを予約していましたが、早く着いてしまったので空きのあった11時からのツアーに変更してもらいました。
支笏湖本体のほうは波がうねっていたため、川のほうへ案内してもらいました。とにかく水がキレイで、気持ちよかったです。写真撮影のサービスもありがたかったですね。
ツアー終了後、食事をしてから散策をしていたら、13時半からのツアーは湖のほうへ行っていたのが見えました。どっちが楽しかったのかはわかりませんが、川は川で楽しめたのでまあ良しです！

Early in the morning, we headed from Sapporo to Asahikawa via the highway. There were 11 participants in 5 groups (3 Japanese groups and 2 foreign groups), so we used a small microbus. While I appreciated that the tour was still conducted with a small number of people, the ride was a bit uncomfortable. The driver was a pleasant person.

We spent 2 hours at Asahiyama Zoo, enjoying the underwater polar bears, penguins viewed from below, and seals swimming freely in the tanks! It was wonderful to see the lively animals in the water. On the other hand, the land animals looked pitifully exhausted from the heat, just like us humans.

The "Hokkaido local gourmet lunch" was a bit disappointing due to the overlap with other foreign groups, which made it crowded, and the limited menu. I had high expectations, so it was a letdown. I actually think it would have been better to extend our time at Asahiyama Zoo and have the freedom to eat there.

The Blue Pond was beautiful, and the sound of the Shirahige Waterfall was impressive, with a cool river breeze that made us forget the heat!

早朝の札幌から高速で一路旭川へ。5組11名参加（日本人3組＋外国人2組）のため小型のマイクロバス。少人数でも催行となりありがたい反面、乗り心地は△。運転手さんは感じのいい方でした。
旭山動物園には2時間滞在して、水中のシロクマ！下から見上げるペンギン！水槽を上下自由自在に泳ぐアザラシ！水の中の元気な動物の姿を満喫しました。一方、陸上の動物たちは、あまりの暑さにみんなグッタリでかわいそう！人間と一緒です。
「北海道ご当地グルメランチ」は、他の外国人団体客と滞在時間が重なって混雑していたことと、メニューが少なかったことで、期待が大きかっただけにちょっとガッカリ…。むしろ旭山動物園の滞在時間を増やして、そこで自由に食事をとれた方がよかったと思いました。
青い池は美しく、白髭のたきは迫力ある水の音と涼しい川風で暑さを忘れさせてくれました！

I had a great time thanks to the guide's thorough explanations. A pleasant surprise for me was that I had given up on the idea of taking a sightseeing boat to the Marimo Exhibition and Observation Center during my two-hour stay at Akanko Onsen, but I was overjoyed to learn that I could switch to a regular bus an hour later on my return trip, so I took the boat after all. I had a large suitcase with me on the day of travel, but I was able to leave my luggage at the bus terminal, which allowed me to enjoy sightseeing comfortably. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to, and it was a fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんの丁寧なご説明で、大変楽しみました。
私にとって嬉しい誤算だったのは、阿寒温泉２時間の滞在では遊覧船に乗ってマリモ展示観察センターに行くのは無理だと諦めていたのですが、帰路を1時間後の定期バスに乗り換え可能とのご案内に、大喜びで遊覧船に乗ってきました。移動予定日で大きなカバンを持っていたのですが、バスターミナルで荷物を預かっていただき、手軽な状態でしっかり観光を楽しむことができました。
行きたいところを全て訪問でき、充実した1日でした。

The meeting place was a bit hard to find, and even though I arrived early with someone else who was departing from the same location, we had to wait a long time for the person in charge to arrive. When I called, I found out they were right behind us. The driver and the tour guide were both great, so I’m glad I participated, but I was really disappointed with the food as it was very unappetizing.

待ち合わせ場所がいまいち分かりにくく、同じ場所から出発の人と予定時刻より早く着いたのに待ち、なかなか担当の方が来ないので電話したら、すぐ真裏にいらっしゃいました。
運転手さんと添乗員さんがとてもよかったので、参加して良かったですが、ご飯がまずすぎてガッカリしました

First of all, most of the tour participants were from overseas, and my son and I were the only Japanese. However, the tour guide provided guidance in Japanese just for us.
We started at Asahiyama Zoo and enjoyed the unique nature of Hokkaido. I especially savored the magnificent views of the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls.
The lunch was also very delicious, with a variety of options like Genghis Khan and Asahikawa ramen, allowing us to enjoy the food of Hokkaido.
Even the long travel time felt short thanks to the guide's anecdotes! The scenery visible from the window was beautiful and moving.

まず、ツアーの参加者は海外の方が大半で日本人は私と息子だけでしたが、ツアーガイドの方は私たちのために日本語でもガイドしてくださりました。
　まず旭川動物園から始まり、北海道特有の自然とを楽しめました。特に青い池と白髭の滝などの雄大な景色を堪能しました。
　お昼ご飯もとても美味しく、ジンギスカンや旭川ラーメンなどたくさんの種類があり北海道の食を楽しめました。
　長い移動時間もガイドさんの小話で時間を感じず過ごすことができました！窓から見える景色も綺麗で感動しました。

I was able to efficiently visit Shiretoko Five Lakes and other tourist spots. On the way back, I disbanded at Lake Akan and thoroughly enjoyed a hot spring visit and a stroll around the lake before taking the 4 PM bus back to Kushiro Station (I received a free ticket from the guide of the regular sightseeing bus). The guide was very kind, introducing several recommended lunch spots on the map and informing us about the locations and prices of currently open hot springs. Additionally, the bus dropped off passengers staying at hotels around Lake Akan. The guide provided detailed explanations on the bus and was very hospitable. The driver also drove safely. It was quite warm, but it was an enjoyable tour.

知床５湖他の観光地を効率よく廻れました。帰りは阿寒湖で離団し、立ち寄り湯と阿寒湖での散策を十分に楽しんだ後、16時発の路線バス（定期観光バスのガイドさんから無料乗車券をもらいました。）釧路駅まで戻りました。ガイドさんが大変親切で、バス内で、おすすめの昼食場所を地図上で何件も紹介したり、現在オープンしている立ち寄り湯先の場所と料金も教えててくれました。また、バスは阿寒湖で宿泊する乗客者へは、ホテルへお送りしていました。ガイドさんはバス内の説明も丁寧で、大変ホスピタリティーにあふれる方でした。ドライバーさんも安全運転でした。暑いくらいのお天気でしたが、楽しいツアーでした。

During the busy Obon holiday, I was able to enjoy the night view of Mount Hakodate without waiting for the ropeway or bus, while also enjoying the sightseeing guide. Thank you very much.
