I recommend this for those who want to relax at Asahiyama Zoo. Although it was unfortunately rainy, there were fewer people, which allowed us to enjoy watching the animals at a leisurely pace.

旭山動物園でゆっくりしたい方にオススメです。あいにくの雨でしたが逆に人が少なくてゆっくり動物をみることができました。

I was able to efficiently visit various spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Mount Usu, which are difficult to access without a car. As someone who is not a regular driver, this was a great help. The paid option for the bear ranch was also nice. Both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. Thank you for a fulfilling day!

洞爺湖、支笏湖、有珠山等と車がないと行くことが難しいスポットを効率よく色々と見学できました。ペーパードライバーの身には大変助かります。有料オプションですが、熊牧場も良かったです。ドライバーの方や添乗員の方もとても感じの良い方でした。このたびは充実した1日をありがとうございました。

It seems that Sapporo was hit by rain, but Asahikawa enjoyed some sunshine and was fun. The guide was very attentive and did a great job. While some tours may primarily focus on explanations for international visitors and can be hard to understand, this was a wonderful tour. If I have the chance again, I will choose this one! I highly recommend it!

札幌は雨に降られたようですが旭川は薄陽もさして楽しめました。ガイドさんもすごく丁寧でバッチリでした。ツアーによっては海外の方向けの説明がメインでわかりずらいというようなツアーもあるようですがこちらは素晴らしいツアーでした。また機会があればここにします！おすすめです！

This time, I took a day trip tour departing from Sapporo Station. The course efficiently covered sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei in central Hokkaido, with a departure around 9 AM and arrival around 7 PM. It was great because the departure wasn't too early and the arrival wasn't too late considering the distance traveled.

Lunch at Furano Wine House met my expectations, with a delightful mini cheese fondue that paired perfectly with the factory-limited white wine, and the hamburger was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. Since I participated in early June, it was a bit too early for the lavender at Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka, so there were fewer types of flowers, which was a bit disappointing. I joined the tour alone, but I was able to chat with the people sitting next to me on the bus, and overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

今回は札幌駅発着の日帰りツアー。道央の富良野、美瑛での観光スポットを効率良く回るコースで出発も朝9時頃、到着も19時頃と走行距離の割には出発早すぎず到着遅すぎずでとても良かったです。
ふらのワインハウスでのランチは期待通りで、プチチーズフォンデュに工場限定の白ワインがとても合いハンバーグも美味しく大満足でした。ファーム富田、四季彩の丘は6月初旬の参加だったため、ラベンダーには少し早かったので花の種類が少なったのが少し残念でした。私はひとり参加でしたがバスの隣席の方々ともお話しすることができ全体的には非常に満足なツアーでした。

I hadn't really thought about visiting Lake Toya because it's quite a distance from Sapporo. But since it includes a bus and lunch, I decided to give it a try.

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun.

I also enjoyed a delicious lunch.

札幌市内からは距離もあってなかなか洞爺湖までは観光しようと思ってませんでした。

We gathered at the sightseeing bus stop near Sapporo Station. The location was easy to find, and the tour was held even with a small number of participants. As a result, the large bus was almost exclusively for us. With the guide's assistance, we had a great trip. We had plenty of time at the zoo and were able to see the animals we wanted to see. It had been a while since my last visit to the zoo, but I really enjoyed it. On the way back, I bought souvenirs at the service area.

札幌駅近くの観光バス乗り場に集合です。
場所もわかりやすく、停少人数でも開催されます。そのため大型バスがほぼ貸切でした。
ガイドさんの案内もあり、いい旅行ができました。
動物園の時間も十分あり、見たい動物も見れました。
ひさびさの動物園でしたが、楽しめました。
帰りは、SAでのお土産を買って帰りました。

I had seen in reviews that there were many foreign participants, so I had assumed it might be noisy, but the bus was quiet, and everything was on schedule, allowing us to have a very smooth day!

The tour guide was very pleasant and surprised us by explaining things in three languages!

The bus drove safely, which was reassuring, but the seats were a bit cramped, so my body started to ache after a long time traveling.

Overall, it was an excellent trip! Thank you!

参加者は外国の方が多いとクチコミで見ていたので、騒がしいのかなーと勝手に思っていたのですが、バスの中は静かで時間もきっちりされていて、とてもスムーズな1日を過ごすことができました！

I had a great time reaching my destination with the helpful driver providing accurate advice. I was unsure how to get to my destination without a car, so I was glad to take a taxi.

Being so close, with no clouds, and the guide's sensitivity, Lake Toya and its mirror-like surface were exceptional. The lakeside restaurant at Lake Toya also serves delicious food.

あんな近くで、雲も無く、ガイドさんも、感度。洞爺湖の、鏡洞爺湖は、格別でした。洞爺湖ランチ、湖畔亭も、美味しいです。

I used the service with a friend. The person in charge was very kind and provided us with information about sightseeing points, so we were able to enjoy the night view even amidst the crowds. My friend was also really happy and said it was a good decision to book, so I'm really glad we did.

How's the weather?

I applied about a month ago and was looking forward to it! We were blessed with the perfect weather—neither too hot nor too cold, with gentle winds, making it a wonderful day. The shiba-zakura (moss phlox) blooming all over the mountains created a beautiful pink world. The tulips were impeccably maintained and greeted us with their stunning stature.

This time, I participated with my elderly mother (I’m a senior myself—laughs). Our guide was a kind young man from Taiwan, who spoke several languages fluently while explaining things (amazing!).

He asked us multiple times if we wanted to take pictures together, but I declined out of fear of how I would look in the photos. Looking back, I regret not having taken a picture from a distance where my wrinkles wouldn’t show—laughs.

If there’s another opportunity, I would definitely like to join again! Thank you so much for a wonderful day. I truly appreciate it!

暑くもなく寒くもなく風も穏やかな最高のお天気に恵まれ、素晴らしい1日になりました♡
山一面に咲く芝桜は満開でピンク色の世界が美しかったです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
チューリップは見事なまでに手入れされており、美しい立ち姿で迎えてくれました♡
今回は高齢の母と2人で参加させて頂きました。（私自身もシニアです〜笑）
ガイドさんは台湾出身の優しいお兄さん。
数カ国語を流暢に操り説明していらっしゃいました。（素晴らしい）
現地で、お二人で写真撮りませんか？と何度も声をかけて下さいましたが、ありのままの自分が写真に映し出される恐怖でお断りしてしまいましたm(__)m
今思えば、遠くから（シワが見えない距離で）記念に撮っていただけば良かったな〜と後悔しています（笑）
また、機会があれば是非お願いしますね♡

After one hour of departure, the bus guide repeatedly went over the same points and continued to provide redundant information, which was quite frustrating. Moreover, their speaking skills were lacking. They kept saying phrases like "regarding" and "in this form." After leaving Lake Mashu, they endlessly repeated whether it was sunny at Lake Mashu, which was neither interesting nor engaging. I wished they would just explain the key points and let us quietly enjoy the scenery from the window. The course also had no stops at the Kushiro Wetlands, and at Lake Mashu, we were dropped off at the roadside with two hours of free time, but there were very few shops, leaving us with nothing to do.

出発から1時間、バスガイドが何度も注意事項を繰り返したり、重複する案内をし続けてゲンナリした。しかも話が下手。「～に関しましては」「～という形になります」連発。摩周湖から出た後は「摩周湖が晴れていたかどうか」の話を何度も繰り返し延々続けて面白くもなんともない。ポイントだけ解説し、車窓からの風景を静かに楽しませてほしかった。コースも釧路湿原は下車なし、摩周湖では、道路端におろされ、2時間自由時間があったが店も少なくてやることがなくて困った。

The moss phlox was in full bloom and it was amazing. The moss phlox soft serve was also delicious. The tulips were beautiful too! I experienced digging up tulips and brought some home to display.

Traveling alone, it's recommended if you want to see the scenery and go to various places. The guide also shares various interesting tidbits, and above all, you can just gaze out the window or doze off a little. It was enjoyable with zero tension. The cost performance is good, and in the end, I was dropped off at Kushiro Airport. 😊

一人旅で、景色も見たいし、あちこち行きたいときにオススメかも。
ガイドさんも色々豆知識的な話もしてくれるし、なにより、ボッーと車窓から外を眺めたり、ちょっとうつらうつらしたり。
緊張感ゼロで楽しめました。
コスパも良いし、最後は釧路空港で降ろしてもらいました😊

I was very satisfied with the abundant course and delicious meals. Although it's separate from the tourist spots, one of the highlights for me was the bus driver. He was very pleasant, and his driving was careful, which made me feel safe during the ride. Since my job involves driving as well, I was particularly attentive to the driving quality.

I was a bit worried about the value for such a generous offering at this price. I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Hokkaido.

盛りだくさんのコースと美味しいお食事に大満足でした。観光地とは別ですが私の中でとても良かった事の1つにバスの運転手さん。とても感じが良くて運転も丁寧で安心して乗っていられました。私も仕事が運転業務なものでやっぱり運転はとても気になるところでした。
このお値段でこんなに盛り沢山で心配になるくらいでした。
また北海道へ行った際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

The congestion at Mount Hakodate far exceeded my expectations. The ropeway had long lines, with waits of over an hour both going up and coming down, while the sightseeing taxi was a breeze. I felt it was a great decision, as I didn't feel the cost was an issue at all.

The guide was very experienced, and without them, we wouldn't have known the best spots to view the night scenery, which would have left us feeling unsatisfied. They showed us great viewing locations and took many family photos, which made us very happy. I would love to request their services again if the opportunity arises.

函館山は想像を遥かに超えた混雑度でした。ロープウェイは行きも帰りも1時間以上待ちそうなほど行列、観光タクシーはスイスイ。割高さなんて何も感じないほど大正解と思いました。
案内してくれた方もベテランで、自分たちだけではどこから夜景を見て良いのか分からず不完全燃焼になるところでした。見やすい場所を案内してくださり、たくさん家族写真も撮っていただき大満足でした。また機会があればお願いしたいです。

Since it was during the Golden Week, the ropeway and observation deck were extremely crowded. The driver not only dropped us off at the parking lot but also guided us to the best photo spots amidst the crowd, allowing us to enjoy the night view at a leisurely pace. The roads were congested, and we couldn't visit many places, but the driver was kind, and considering the heavy crowds waiting for the ropeway, it was definitely the right decision to charter a vehicle.

GWだった事もあり、ロープウェイ・展望台は大混雑でした。ドライバーさんは駐車場で降ろすだけではなく、混雑の中、撮影ポイントまで誘導してしていただき、ゆっくり夜景を楽しめました。道も混んでいて、多くは回れなかったけど、ドライバーさんも親切で、ロープウェイ待ち等の大混雑を考えると、チャーターして大正解でした。

Due to strong winds, the cable car was not operating, so taking a taxi was definitely the right choice! The driver shared some great spots to view the night scenery, and I was really glad I didn't have to go by bus or anything else. In particular, the driver provided a lot of information about attractions in areas like Motomachi, which was fantastic. Thank you so much! 😊

強風でロープウェイが動いていないこともあり、交通手段としてタクシーが大正解‼️運転手さんが夜景スポットのとっておきの場所を教えてくださり個人的にバス等で行かなくて本当に良かったです。とくに、担当くださった運転手さんは元町等の見どころも色々教えてくださったのでサイコーでした😊ありがとうございました。

It had been a while since I last saw the night view from Mount Hakodate, and I think this time I was able to enjoy the most wonderful view yet. I was prepared for the crowds during the Golden Week, but thanks to our driver’s guidance, we were able to see the night view from places other than the observation deck, and we even got some great photos, which made for lovely memories. Thank you very much.

In addition to Mount Hakodate, we received excellent guidance at other tourist spots as well, allowing us to fully enjoy Hakodate in a short amount of time. I learned a lot about Hakodate that I didn’t know before, and it was very educational.

久しぶりの函館山の夜景でしたが、今回が一番素晴らしい夜景を楽しむことができたと思います。
GW期間中で混雑は覚悟していたところ、ドライバーさんのご案内で展望台以外の場所からも夜景を見ることができ、写真も撮っていただけて、良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。
函館山に加えて、他の観光スポットでも、素晴らしいガイドをしていただきまして、短い時間で函館を満喫することができました。これまで知らなかった函館を沢山知ることができ、勉強になりました。

On April 29th, the main event was originally supposed to be the Asahiyama Zoo tour. However, due to an incident at the zoo, we had to quickly switch to a different tour. We visited the Bibai Art Museum, a petting farm, the Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls, and I was very satisfied with the Furano curry we had for lunch in Biei. The tour guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was very cheerful, and the atmosphere in the bus was bright and lively. One downside was that we had planned to use a large bus, but ended up with a microbus, which made the long journey a bit tiring. This was my fifth or sixth time participating, and I hope to join the Asahiyama Zoo tour next year.

4月29日は本来は旭山動物園ツアーがメインでした、所が旭山動物園で事件が有り、急遽別のツアーになりました、美唄の美術館、ふれあい牧場、青い池、白ひげの滝、美瑛ので昼食の富良野カレーがとても満足でした、添乗員の柳生さんはとても明るくて車内はとても明るい雰囲気でした、ひとつ残念なのは当初大型バスの予定がマイクロバスになり長時間の移動に少し疲れました、今回で5回目か6回目の参加でしたが来年こそは旭山動物園ツアーに参加したいと思います。

The round trip of over 5 hours by microbus was tough. It was my first time on a tour that involved such a long bus ride. The sculptures were completely boring, and the facility was empty with no other guests. We spent the longest time there, while the other facilities were only about 20 minutes each, so I think that place was unnecessary.

I would have given it one star, but the tour conductor was quick-witted and took us to a scenic spot that wasn't on the itinerary, so I gave it two stars instead.

マイクロバスでの往復5時間以上は辛かったです。そんなバスで回っているツアーは初めてでした。彫刻はまったくつまらないもので他のお客さんも居ないガラガラの施設でした。そこでの滞在時間が1番長く他の施設は20分程度だったのであの施設は要らないと思います。
星１つでもよかったのですがツアコンダクターの方が機転をきかしてくれてコースにない景色のよい所に案内してくれたので星2にしました。

It was an efficient tour that allowed us to visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. The scenery during the travel was beautiful, and I thought enjoying the views from the bus was one of the highlights.

I believe it would be even more comfortable if the bus were a bit more spacious.

1日でいろいろな観光地を回れるので、効率よく楽しめるツアーでした。移動中も景色がきれいで、バスの中からの風景を眺めるのもひとつの楽しみだと思いました。

バスがもう少し広いとさらに快適に過ごせると思います。

It was almost a full-day tour, but I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and I was able to buy souvenirs at the Mushroom Kingdom, and the mushroom soup was also tasty. If you're looking for a tour to fully enjoy nature, this is definitely the one! 😊

ほぼ丸一日のツアーでしたが、とても満喫できました。食事も美味しく、きのこ王国ではお土産も買うことができ、きのこ汁も美味しかった☺️自然を満喫したいツアーなら間違いないです。

We departed from a hotel near Goryokaku at 6 PM on April 15. The journey was smooth without any traffic, and since it was still light out, we received various explanations that made it easy to understand the shooting points. We were able to capture the night view from twilight to darkness, and I think the starting time was just right.

It was quite cold and windy, so we didn't stay at the top for too long, but on the way back, we received explanations about the public hall and church, which was very helpful.

In the end, we were taken to our dining location (Lucky Pierrot), and it was a satisfying course.

4月15日の18時に五稜郭近辺のホテルから出発しました。道中、渋滞などもなく、まだ明るいうちに色々と説明していただけたので、撮影ポイントなどがわかりやすかったです。夜景も薄暮から暗くなった状態まで撮影する事ができて、開始時間もちょうど良かったと思っています。
風が強くて結構寒かったので、頂上にはそれほど長くはいなかったのですが、帰りは公会堂や教会などを説明していただき、非常に助かりました。
最後は食事場所(ラッキーピエロですが)まで送ってもらい、満足したコースでした。

The weather was favorable, and I was able to see the stunning blue of Lake Mashu. It's a breathtaking view that you can admire forever. I was efficiently taken to must-see spots, which was great in terms of time management. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the Japanese cranes because it was a bit late in the season, so I would like to visit again in winter.

天気にも恵まれて、摩周湖ブルーを見ることができました。感動でいつまでも見ていられる絶景です。観るべきスポットに効率よく連れて行ってもらえてタイパがよかったです。時期が遅くて残念ながらタンチョウヅルには会えなかったので、また冬に訪れたいです。

Overall, this tour was extremely satisfying. Since it was snowing, I had some concerns about the journey from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo, but the stability was outstanding, allowing us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. The Asahiyama Zoo was also fantastic. It was a wonderful zoo where you could feel the consideration for the animals, ensuring they were not stressed. The free time we had inside the zoo was just right. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver and the tour guide. Thanks to both of them, we truly had a comfortable time. 今回のツアーは全体的に大満足出来る内容でした。雪が降っていた事もあり札幌から旭山動物園までの道中に不安があったのですが安定感抜群で安心して快適に道中過ごせました。そして旭山動物園も最高でした。動物にストレスをかけないように配慮しているのが各所で感じられる素晴らしい動物園でした。園内で過ごせる自由時間もちょうどいいくらいでした。最後にバスの運転手さんバスガイドさんにお礼を伝えたいです。お二人のおかげで本当に快適な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour where we could stay at Asahiyama Zoo for three hours. I thought I might get bored being alone, but the time flew by. I was able to watch the penguin walk at a leisurely pace. The bus also had breaks along the way, making it comfortable.

I was worried about the snow, so I decided to skip renting a car and use this bus tour instead. It was efficient for visiting tourist spots in just one day, and the time spent at each location was just right. (If you're planning to do a day trip to Akanko Onsen, it might be a bit tight.) The distance that would have been tiring to drive myself was easy and comfortable, and it was a good value for the money. I highly recommend it for exploring the Kushiro area!

雪が心配だったのでレンタカーをやめてこちらのバスツアーを利用しました。
1日で効率よく観光地を回ることができ、各所の滞在時間もちょうど良かったです。
(阿寒湖温泉に日帰り入浴される場合は少しギリギリかも)
自分で運転したら疲れそうな距離もラクチンで、コスパも良かったです。
釧路周辺を回るならオススメです！
