You can go individually, but considering the distance and efficiency, I decided to join a bus tour. In conclusion, it was definitely the right choice!

The itinerary went as planned, and we had several bathroom breaks. I didn't know about the Biei Roller Coaster until I joined this tour, but it was a hidden gem. If you go by bus, you might just pass by, so I hope to visit again slowly by car next time.

One of the highlights was the Blue Pond. Many other tours visit in the afternoon, so being able to go in the morning was a key factor for me. We were blessed with good weather, and the scenery was very satisfying, just as I had hoped!

The buffet surprised me with a melon starter, but considering the cost performance, it might actually be quite reasonable! The buffet included Hokkaido-style dishes like Genghis Khan and soup curry. There weren't a huge number of options, but I felt satisfied after going back for food two or three times.

At the Colorful Hill, there were lavender fields and seasonal flowers blooming, giving that summer Hokkaido vibe!

I also didn't know about Ningle Terrace until I joined this tour, but there were many cute shops quietly nestled in the forest, and I was able to take lots of photos!

The tour was mainly in Chinese and English (with an overseas tour guide), and the explanations in Japanese were focused on key points, but the tour guide spoke Japanese very well, so I had no complaints about the language.

個人で行くこともできますが、移動距離もあり、効率も考えてバスツアー に参加させていただきました。
結論としましては参加して正解でした！

工程は予定通りで、トイレ休憩もちょこちょこ挟んでいただけます。
美瑛ジェットコースターはこのツアーに参加するまで知らなかったのですが、穴場の観光地でした。バスだとスッと通り過ぎてしまうので次回は自家用車でゆっくり行けたらいいなー。

目玉の一つの青い池。他のツアーでは午後訪問が多く、このツアーは午前に行けることが決め手の一つでした。
天気にも恵まれ、期待通りとても満足できる景色でした！

ビュッフェは、メロンスタートでちょっと驚きましたが、コスパ考えますと意外と合理的かもしれません！笑　ビュッフェはジンギスカンかスープカレーなどの北海道っぽいものもあります。品数ご少ないわけではないのですが、2〜3回取りに行ったら満足かなーという感じでした。

色彩の丘ではラベンダー畑と、季節の花が咲いていて、ザ夏の北海道！という感じでした！！

ニングルテラスもこのツアーに参加するまで知らなかったのですが、森の中にひっそり佇むかわいいお店がたくさんあってたくさん写真撮れました！

ツアーは中国語、英語メイン(海外添乗員さん)で、日本語での説明はポイントを絞っての解説でしたが、日本語が大変お上手な添乗員さんで言葉の不満もありませんでした。

I signed up relatively quickly as a solo participant, but it seems it wasn't on a first-come, first-served basis, as I ended up with an aisle seat. There was a mix of Japanese and foreign participants, about half and half, but the person next to the window was a large Korean man who was constantly playing games on his phone, and his elbow kept bumping into me. I couldn't see the view from the window at all, and I could only catch a glimpse of the Kenmeri and the Seven Stars tree through the gaps. Even though I was a solo participant, there were others who seemed to be using their space comfortably, so I wondered if they had signed up directly. I experienced for the first time how the luck of the seat can completely change the impression of the tour for solo participants. Getting off the bus was fantastic.

一人参加で割と早く申し込みましたが先着順ではないのでしょう、通路側でした。日本人、外国人混合で割合は半々でしたが隣の窓側が体の大きな韓国人でずっと携帯でゲームをしており肘がどんどん当たって窓の景色は全く見れなくケンメリだとかセブンスターの木も体の隙間からチラッとしか見れませんでした。一人参加でも一人でゆったり使っている人もいて直に申し込んだのかなとも思いました。一人参加の場合、座席の運が良いか悪いかでツアーのイメージが全く異なることを初めて体験しました。
バスを降りれば最高でした。

I used a chartered taxi to tour Furano and Biei. The driver took me smoothly to all the places I wanted to go, and he was a really nice person. Since we had extra time, he also took me to some places that weren't on the itinerary, making it the best day ever.

富良野、美瑛を観光するにあたり、貸し切りタクシーを利用しました。行きたい所にスムーズに連れて行ってくれ、運転手の方もとてもいい方で、時間が余ったからと、予定にない所も案内してくれ、最高の一日でした。

Since it was the height of the lavender season, I was worried about traffic even on a weekday. There was indeed a parking lot traffic jam at the Blue Pond, but I was dropped off along the way and was able to enjoy sightseeing without waiting. At Shikisai no Oka and Tomita Farm, they also taught me how to get around and knew about back roads and hidden flower fields, allowing me to take great photos in places with hardly any other tourists. They provided various explanations during the trip, making it a fun experience. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

ラベンダーシーズン真っ只中だったので、平日とはいえ渋滞が心配でした。青い池はやはり駐車場渋滞がありましたが、途中で降ろしていただき、待たずに観光できました。四季彩の丘や富田ファームも周り方を教えてくださったり、裏道や穴場の花畑をご存知だったりして、他の観光客がほとんどいない所でいい写真も撮れました。道中いろいろご説明もいただいて、楽しく過ごせました。またの機会がありましたら利用したいと思います。

I was glad to efficiently visit the spots I wanted to see. I think it depends on the driver, but there wasn't much hospitality, like simple guidance from inside the car or having someone take photos for us. If that had been included, it would have been perfect!

I used a chartered taxi for 5 hours, departing from Asahikawa Station at 9:30. Upon arrival at Asahikawa Station, I was welcomed with a sign at the ticket gate, making it easy to meet up.

It was nearly 30°C that day, but we were able to efficiently visit the Patchwork Hills in Biei, the Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and the lavender fields in Furano in a taxi with air conditioning, resulting in a very satisfying trip.

The benefits of requesting a chartered taxi instead of using a rental car are as follows:
- You can relax from the fatigue and tension of driving and focus on sightseeing.
- When returning to the parking lot from tourist spots, the interior of the car is not stuffy, so you don't expend unnecessary energy.
- A knowledgeable driver can select the best route based on the day's traffic conditions, which can help avoid congestion.
- The driver provides various sightseeing information and can suggest schedules, allowing for a smooth tour of the attractions.

I believe a chartered taxi is also recommended for those traveling with children. Biei and Furano do not have well-developed public transportation, making it challenging to visit spontaneously, so please consider choosing a chartered taxi as an option for your travel destination.

旭川駅9:30出発で5時間貸切利用しました。
旭川駅到着時には改札でボードを持ってお出迎えいただき、スムーズに合流できました。

当日は30℃近い暑さでしたが、冷房の効いたタクシーで美瑛のパッチワークの丘、青い池、白ひげの滝、富良野のラベンダー畑を効率よく回ることができ、大満足の旅行となりました。

レンタカー利用ではなく貸切タクシーをお願いするメリットは以下の通りです。
・運転による疲労や緊張から解放され、観光に集中できる
・観光地から駐車場に戻ってきたとき、車内が蒸し風呂状態になっていないため、体力を消耗せずに済む
・地の利を得たドライバーが当日の交通状況に合わせて最適なルート選定をしてくれるため、渋滞を回避できることもある
・ドライバーがいろいろな観光情報を教えてくれて、スケジュールの提案もしてくれるので無理なく観光地を回れる

貸切タクシーはお子さん連れの方にもオススメできると思いました。美瑛や富良野は公共交通機関が充実しておらず、ふらっと行くにはハードルが高い場所ですが、ぜひ貸切タクシーを選択肢に入れて、旅行先に選んでみてください。

I was guided to a recommended lavender field before reaching my first choice, Tomita Farm. I was also taken to a direct melon shop, where I could enjoy delicious melons that were cheaper than those typically found at tourist spots. The driver was very gentle and a wonderful person. We were discussing visiting the Blue Pond, Farm Tomita, and Ningle Terrace, and I appreciated that you asked about our plans for tomorrow. You suggested taking a taxi today since transportation can be challenging, and you provided helpful information that the Norokko train stops at Lavender Farm Station during this season, making it easy to reach Farm Tomita by train and walk from there.

You also took us to various places as much as possible, and in just six hours from our hotel in Asahikawa, we were able to visit:

- Takumakan (which wasn’t on our original plan, but I’m glad we went!)

We were guided by a veteran guide who made the experience enjoyable, and there were many laughs in the vehicle. Although there are time constraints due to the tour, the guide provided us with highlights and recommendations for souvenirs and local cuisine before we got off at each stop, allowing us to see everything efficiently. I realized that participating in a tour can be beneficial, as we received explanations and information that we wouldn't have heard if we had gone on our own.

ツアーなので時間に制約はありますが、各所の見所やおすすめのお土産・グルメなどのポイントを降車前に教えてくださるので、効率良く見て回ることが出来ました。個人で行くと聞けないような解説や情報を教えていただけるので、ツアーに参加してみるのも良いものだなと思いました。

This time, I had many places I wanted to visit in Asahikawa, Biei, and Furano, and I wanted to cover them all in one day, so I requested a private taxi. When I made the reservation, I wasn't sure how many hours I should book to visit all these places, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I sent an email asking for guidance on time allocation. I used this service for the first trip with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking. From the time of booking to the day before, and even on the day of the trip, we received thoughtful care, including guidance at tourist spots, photo opportunities, and being taken to recommended lunch places.

We also stopped by shops and supermarkets that weren't on the itinerary to look for seasonal asparagus. It was a comfortable trip that we could enjoy even without walking much, and my mother, who was worried before going out, said that she would like to go again if it's like this.

I had given up on seeing the lavender because I thought it was too early, but I was happy to see that it was just starting to bloom. I would like to request this service again if the opportunity arises.

予約時から前日の連絡、当日も観光地での案内や写真撮影、おすすめの昼食場所に連れていってくださったりと、細やかな心遣いをいただきました。
また旬のアスパラガスを求めて、予定になかったお店やスーパーも立ち寄っていただきました。
たくさん歩けなくても楽しめる快適な旅で、出かけるまで心配していた母も、これならまた行けると話しています。
ラベンダーは早すぎと諦めていましたが、薄っすら色づいていたのでうれしかったです。

Mother-daughter trip to Asahikawa.
Since there wasn't a tour that covered all the places we wanted to visit and I couldn't drive, we decided to use this plan.

The local guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of information in a fun way. They thoughtfully created a plan based on the weather and even took photos for us when we arrived at each spot... We had a truly happy and enjoyable time.

We didn't have many photos of just the two of us, so we created some wonderful memories.

At first glance, the price might seem a bit high, but it's actually a great deal! Chartering a taxi is worth it.

I participated in a bus tour from Sapporo to Furano and Biei with my daughter. Just as the guide said, there is no better weather than this time of year, and we could see Tokachidake and the distant mountains clearly. The panoramic view from Campana Rokkatei and the blue pond, which looked like something out of a photograph, were amazing.

I was looking forward to the lavender at Farm Tomita and the flower carpet at Shikisai no Oka, but unfortunately, we couldn't catch them at their peak as it was either just after replanting or a bit too early. That will have to be a goal for next time.

With a delicious lunch and the guide's kind and enjoyable storytelling, it turned into a fun day of sightseeing. Thank you very much. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

娘と2人で札幌からの富良野、美瑛バスツアーに参加しました。この時期にこんな良いお天気はない、というガイドさんの言葉通り十勝岳や遠くの山々がくっきり見え、カンパーナ六花亭からのパノラマビュー、そしてまるで写真を見ているかのような青い池は最高でした。
ファーム冨田のラベンダー、色彩の丘の花の絨毯を楽しみにしていましたが、ちょうど植え替え後だったりあと少し早かったり、と残念ながらピークに合わせることができず、また次回の宿題となってしまいました。
美味しいお昼ごはん、ガイドさんの優しい楽しい語り口で、一日楽しい観光になりました。

The view of Tokachidake and the vineyards from Campana Rokkatei was very lovely. It was a bit disappointing that the lavender at Tomita Farm and Shikisai no Oka wasn't in bloom yet, but I believe there will be wonderful scenery by the end of June. The lunch was delicious as well. I ordered grape juice, and it was full of the deliciousness of grapes.

カンパーナ六花亭からみる十勝岳とぶどう畑の景色がとてもステキでした。富田ファームや四季彩の丘は、まだラベンダーが咲いてなくてちょっと残念でしたが、6月下旬になったらきっと素晴らしい景色がみれると思います。ランチも美味しかったです。ぶどうジュースをオーダー、ぶどうの美味しさがタップリです。

The colors of the hill were not as vibrant as in the brochure, which was disappointing.
The hamburger for lunch was delicious!!
The guide was also very kind and helpful.

It was my first trip to Hokkaido in a while.
The Shikisai no Oka was particularly wonderful,
and we were blessed with great weather, allowing us to see the mountains of Daisetsuzan.
I felt fantastic.
I've traveled a lot both domestically and internationally, but the easy access to Hokkaido's great nature is the best.
It definitely ranks in the top three in Japan.

We used the service as a family of three. It was our first trip to Furano, and since I was anxious about driving, we opted for a sightseeing taxi!

Since we weren't familiar with the area, we communicated a lot about the places we wanted to visit in advance. However, the driver suggested how to allocate our time and recommended a good route, which made for a satisfying trip. It was a bit disappointing that the flower fields weren't in full bloom yet, but we appreciated having a guide for photos at the sightseeing spots.

When traveling individually, we often take turns to take pictures, but this time we could always take group photos together, creating wonderful memories!

I was unsure about renting a car in Hokkaido during winter (December), but asking for a sightseeing taxi turned out to be a great decision! There were roads closed due to snow, and I think we wouldn't have been able to reach our destinations on time due to our concerns about driving. The experienced driver suggested an efficient route, allowing us to enjoy a satisfying sightseeing experience within our time limit. Since we had limited time due to our next schedule, we were introduced to "Takamikan" to see the beautiful scenery of Biei. The photos of Biei at Takamikan were stunning, and I was especially touched by the driver's desire to show us the scenery of Biei that we couldn't see! Thank you very much. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by leaving something behind, but I appreciate your kind assistance. I would like to request the same driver again.
*By reserving the sightseeing taxi in advance, we were able to plan our itinerary with peace of mind. It was also great that we could make reservations in hourly increments.

冬の北海道(12月)でレンタカーを借りるか悩んでいましたが、観光タクシーをお願いして大正解でした！積雪で通行止めになっている道もあり、自分たちでは運転に不安もあり予定通りに辿り着けなかったと思います。ベテランドライバーさんが効率のいい回り方を提案してくださり、時間内で大満足の観光が出来ました。次の予定がありあまり時間がなかった私たちに、美瑛の風景を見るならと「拓真館」を紹介していただきました。拓真館の写真で見る美瑛の風景も素晴らしく、なによりドライバーさんの“見れなかった美瑛の風景も見せてあげたい”という気持ちが嬉しかったです！本当にありがとうございました。忘れ物をしてしまいお手数をお掛けしましたが、親切にご対応いただきありがとうございました。また、同じドライバーさんをリクエストさせていただきたいです。
※事前に観光タクシーを予約したことで、安心して行程を組む事が出来ました。数時間単位で予約が出来たのも良かったです。

Initially, I planned to travel to Kushiro for three nights and four days in August. However, due to my mother's health issues and an extended hospital stay, I had to cancel the trip and give up on this season. But after my mother regained her strength after more than three weeks in the hospital, I felt motivated to go to Hokkaido, even if it meant shortening the trip, and decided to go for two nights and three days at the end of September. Since I made the decision just before the trip, I didn't have time to plan activities for the second day, so I ended up participating in a tour with Veltra. I had a good experience with them when I visited Melbourne, Australia, so I joined again this time.

I've been to Sapporo a few times for work, but it was always a quick trip, so I couldn't do much sightseeing. I hadn't prepared geographically in advance, but by participating in this tour, I realized for the first time that Furano and Biei are relatively close. At Shikisai no Oka, I was able to experience the vast land, and the blue pond was a mystical blue that really lifted my spirits after a long time. However, the weather was unstable, and even my self-proclaimed sunny disposition couldn't keep the sun shining.

Aside from the weather, it was a satisfying tour. Above all, Hokkaido was truly vast. Thank you very much.

　最初は、８月に３泊４日の予定で釧路に旅行行くつもりでした。しかし、母親の体調不良で入院期間が長引いたので旅行をキャンセルして今シーズンは諦めておりました。でも、３週間以上入院した母親もなんとか元気を取り戻してくれたので、期間を短縮してでも北海道に行こうという気持ちになり、９月の末に２泊３日の予定で行くことにしました。でも行こうと決断したのが旅行寸前だったので２日目の行動を計画する時間がなく、結局veltraさんのツアーに参加させていただくことにしました。オーストラリアのメルボルンに行ったときにお世話になったので今回もそのご縁で参加したものです。
　札幌は、仕事で数回来たことがありますが、とんぼ返りだったので殆ど観光はできませんでした。事前に地理の予習ができてなかったのですが、本ツアーに参加して初めて、割と近くに富良野や美瑛があることを実感しました。また、四季彩の丘では、広々とした大地を体感でき、青い池も神秘的なブルーで久しぶりに気分が上がりました。ただ、お天気が安定していなくて、晴れ男を自称している自分の力でも晴れを継続できませんでした。
　お天気を除けば、満足できたツアーでした。何より北海道はほんとに広かったですね。有難うございました。

I was happy to visit Furano with my daughter for the first time in 30 years. On the way, we were able to see the beautiful autumn leaves covered in snow while crossing the mountain pass. The flower fields at Farm Tomita, the vineyards seen from Rokkattei, and the snow-covered Tokachidake were all wonderful sights. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch and wine. It was my first time visiting Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond. I would like to come again around September. It rained on the way back, but there was a beautiful clear moon in Sapporo. The guide and driver were also very kind. Thank you very much.

I participated in a fall foliage bus tour, but this year, perhaps because it was warm, the leaves hadn't fully changed color, which was a bit disappointing.

Since it was a bus tour, the schedule was fixed, so I couldn't take my time to enjoy the places I wanted to see. I had to get on and off the bus, which made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

However, it was nice to visit places I wouldn't have gone to on my own, and the weather was good.

紅葉バスツアーの参加でしたが、今年は暖かいせいか、紅葉とまではなっていなくて、少し残念でした。

バスツアーなので、時間が決められるので、ゆっくりと見たい所で見れず、バスに降りたり乗ったりで、あまり楽しめませんでした。

ただ、自分では、行かない所まで行けたのと、天気が良かったのは、よかったです。

There are few bus tours that go to Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond, and I finally found this one, so I decided to participate.

The lunch with the hamburger and cheese fondue was delicious. The audio guide was interesting, and the time on the bus flew by.

Since it was a bus tour, I can't complain too much, but I would have liked to spend more time at Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond instead of stopping at multiple souvenir shops. After the lavender season, Farm Tomita was just a souvenir shop selling lavender goods, so I thought it would be nice to change the locations we visit depending on the season.

I would be happy if there were various types of tours, even if the tour price were a bit higher.

四季彩の丘と青い池に行けるバスツアーの種類が少なく、やっと見つけたのがこちらのツアーだったので参加しました。

ランチのハンバーグとチーズフォンデュが美味しかったです。また音声ガイドが興味深く、バス車内の時間があっという間でした。

バスツアーなので文句は言えませんが、お土産を買う場所をいくつもまわるなら四季彩の丘と青い池でもっとゆっくり過ごしたかったです。ラベンダーの季節が終わったファーム富田はラベンダーグッズを売るお土産屋でしかなかったので時期ごとに周る場所を変えてもいいのにと思いました。

ツアー料金がもっと高くてもいいので、いろんなパターンのツアーがあると嬉しいです。

The weather was not very good, with rain followed by clouds, but even so, the contrast of the autumn leaves, the flower fields in Biei, and the blue pond had a different charm compared to when the sky is clear, and it was nice. The lunch was also tastier than I expected.

天気が　雨のち曇りで　あまり良くなかったですが　それでも　紅葉と美瑛の花畑　青い池などのコントラストが青空の時と違った情緒があり良かったです。昼食のランチも思ったより美味かったです。

The tour went smoothly as scheduled.

The flowers were beautiful, which was great.

I also enjoyed the hamburger, it was delicious.

This was my first visit to Hokkaido with my child. I considered renting a car to explore, but with limited time, I thought a bus tour would be the most efficient way to visit the attractions, so I booked this plan.

Actually, I had been to Biei and Furano once during a company trip in my twenties, and I couldn't forget the beauty of Biei that I saw back then, which is why I decided to join this tour.

Since it was a group tour with set times, the duration at each location was shorter than I expected, but I still had a great time. I think it's really affordable to visit so many attractions and enjoy a delicious lunch for under 10,000 yen.

What impressed me the most this time were the bus guide and driver who took us to the locations. They were considerate because I had a small child with me, and they kindly provided detailed information about souvenir shops I inquired about, which was really helpful. Thank you very much.

If I have the opportunity to travel to Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to use this service.

今回初めて親子で訪れる北海道。レンタカーでの周遊も考えましたが、時間が限られる中、効率よく観光スポットを巡るにはバスツアーが最適と考え、こちらのプランを予約させていただきました。
実は美瑛と富良野、20代の頃一度社員旅行で来たことがあったのですが、あの時に見た美瑛の美しさが忘れられず、私の一存でこのツアーの参加となります。
決められた時間での団体旅行ということもあるので、一カ所の滞在時間は思った以上に短かったですが、それでも十分楽しめました。これだけ色々な観光地に連れてって下さり、おいしい昼食も食べることができて1万円以下というのは本当に安いと思います。
そして今回、何よりも印象に残ったのは、現地まで案内してくださったバスガイドさんと運転手さんです。小さい子供連れということでご配慮下さったり、ツアーとは別に、こちらから尋ねた土産店の事まで丁寧に教えていただいて本当に助かりました。本当にありがとうございました。
また北海道に旅行に来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思っています。」

I wish the visiting hours for the Blue Pond were a bit longer. I guess it's understandable since it's not summer. Everything else was very good, and the lunch was delicious. Thank you to the guide and the driver.

青い池の観光時間をもう少し長くしてほしかったです。
夏じゃないのでしょうがないのかな。
あとはとても良かったし昼食がとても美味しかったです。

The bus guide, dressed in a uniform and cap reminiscent of the Showa era, had a clear, announcer-like voice and a wealth of knowledge that kept us engaged throughout the long bus ride. It turned out to be a fun day trip bus tour.

アナウンサーのような透き通るような声と豊富な知識に長いバス乗車も飽きさせずことなく、楽しい日帰りバスツアーとなりました。

You can choose from four types of audio guides using headphones on the bus. The guide provided detailed explanations, and I learned a lot about the history of Hokkaido. I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

Even if you have made an online reservation and payment, you need to exchange your ticket at a counter a little further away, so make sure to arrive early.

バスの座席にヘッドホンで4種類の音声ガイドを選べます。ガイドさんから詳しく説明もあって、北海道の歴史などについてとても勉強になりました。
機会がありましたらまた参加したいと思っています。

オンライン予約して入金済みでも、少し離れたところの窓口でチケットと引き換える必要があるので、お早めに着くように。

The weather and scenery were great, and it was very healing. It seems a fox appeared during the drive, and the driver and bus guide told us about it (I missed it, though, haha). If I had visited alone, I wouldn't have noticed many things, but the tour helped deepen my understanding. The cheese fondue for lunch was also excellent, and I was able to enjoy the melon and lavender soft serve that I had been curious about, so it was a very satisfying tour.

天気も風景も良く癒されました。運転途中、キツネも出たみたいで、運転手さんやバスガイドさんが教えてくれました。(私は見れず笑)
1人で訪れてたら気づかない事もツアーだと教えて貰えるので、理解も深まりました。
お昼ご飯のチーズフォンデュも最高でしたし、気になっていたメロンもラベンダーソフトも堪能できたので大満足なツアーでした。
